What's for dinner?

I am very excited about our dinner today- maximum easy points and delicious.

Just a burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, plastic cheese, Aldi herb and mayo burger sauce, gherkins and I am adding griddled pineapple as well which since having that as standard in Australia has become my favourite burger topping.

Served with jacket potatos where I scoop out the middle, mash with loads of butter, salt and top with cheese and then grill again so the cheese goes all melty.

It feels very self indulgent and I've not had a burger in weeks. DCs will love it too.

Tomorrow will be our usual Sunday dinner. Chicken noodle soup using up the chicken I roasted yesterday.

I'm almost embarrassed to admit I'm having fishfingers, potato waffles and beans for my dinner tonight

• Roast chicken leg quarter with a mixed salad including chickpeas
• Orange
• Turmeric & Ginger juices
• Matcha green tea with mint

Chinese marinated chicken, smashed roasted new potatoes and coleslaw. Might put some pitta breads out with it too... cannot be arsed today!

Some great ideas here. We’re just having a roast chicken, roast potatoes, veg and sautéd leeks with black pepper.
Tomorrow will be beef stir fry as we had a beef rib yesterday and loads left over. The chicken will have lots left over too, so either a curry or pasta for that.

Lovely roast beef, cauli/broccoli cheese, yorkie, roast parsnips, carrots, dauphinois, gravy! Lovely 😋

Roast pork, roast potatoes, roasted parsnips, runner beans, cabbage, carrots and baby sweetcorn.

I am really craving a beef curry from the Chinese so that’s my supper

Chicken fajitas tonight it was going to be lamb shoulder, but DS is going out tomorrow evening now, and I promised him Fajitas.
DH and I will probably have fish tomorrow and maybe a trip to the local 🍺🍷

M&S vegan burgers, boiled new potatoes, grilled asparagus and roast courgettes with tahini sauce.

I made tapas yesterday and there was loads left over so had the leftovers tonight. Delicious and zero effort 😋 (quite a lot of effort yesterday though)

Just mashed potatoes. I’m going through chemo at the moment and my mouth is full of mouth ulcers, I find it easy to eat.

I’m having yesterday’s left over bolognese. Dp had a chicken burger and the kids have had ping meals!! Not the best, but shopping isn’t coming til tomorrow.

Quiche a la Lidl , salad leaves a la Lidl and potatoe salad you've guessed it - I'm out and needs to be quick ish an suitable after 3 pints
