US hand soap came out foaming and I want some.

Visited the states a few years back with DD and we've just been reminiscing abut how we both loved this one minor thing:
The seemingly bog standard liquid hand soap in the loo at a house party we were invited to came out as lather. Foam. I think it was palmolive or nivea, a fairly large pump bottle.
It was a lush feeling and we want some. Preferably as shower gel too.

Is it a mechanical thing with the actual pump or is it a different formula of soap? Can we get some in the UK?

The Mango and Fig Neat hand wash smells lovely the green one smelt grim, but their bathroom cleaner is shite but the spray bottle is excellent so I decant my Method bathroom cleaner into it.

I just add a tablet to water when it needs refilling, and the foam is really nice. I don't need to remember to order it very often, either, which is a real plus for me!

I have this one, I put in about 1/4 soap and top with water. Leave some space for shaking it up. I buy the huge refill soap pouches now.

I’ve just bought this brand ‘Neat’ starter kit at Tesco, with a single bottle of the concentrated soap.
You get 1 aluminium bottle with a rubber non slip base in 300ml size & the soap concentrate in a glass bottle 30ml size & the pump dispenser, all recyclable.
For use.. add 270ml tap water to the bottle then add the 30ml soap.
