Earplugs

My husband snores. The only way I've been able to cope is by using boots earplugs. They were foam cylinders- not tapered. Anyway. They've only gone and done anyway with them.

Please can you hit me up with your BEST EVER EARPLUGS? preferably before I divorce him.

Get a load of Amazon. I prefer the ones ones as they don't fall out so easily and mould better.

I ended up in the spare bedroom when I was with H as I just couldn't hack it.

Wax ones are best. Foam are usually useless, I’ve heard reported.

Probs not helpful, but if my DP snored he’d be sleeping far away from me. Different room or house.
Sleep is so important to general well-being and health.

I swear he is actually shortening my life span. It's beyond a joke. It's serious.

Quies soft foam ear plugs- the really bright ones.

Custom mould ones are best I find. But the moldex spark plug ones are good. Of if you want plain cylinder ones again, classic 3m ones are great.

Loop for sure. I know they're expensive but goodness me I panic if I can't find mine now, such calm when I have them in. I use mine only for sleep but tempted to get the more shiny ones for other situations.

Can you feel the loop ones when you lie on your side? I’m at my wits end listening to DH snore and we have no spare room.

I find the Loop ones the only ones I can actually sleep in. Unlike those foam monstrosities.

The decent foam ones are good but I find the pressure painful in the morning.

Again wax are good too.

For use every night I'd pay to have custom fit ones made

They should have a decibel rating on them for comparison.

Quies for me. They cut out dh snoring so I can drop off and as a bonus I can't hear the dog if he barks in the night so dh has to get up to him.

Howard Leight Foam Earplugs are good.

Quies do mini foam ones 33Db, I may give those a go!

Quiet loop are about 24 Db for a comparison

I recently bought some loop earplugs and they are hands down the best money I've spent in a while. Husband is a really really heavy breather and snorer, drives me literally bonkers. Started using the earplugs et voila I'm sleeping through for the first time in literal months and can't hear him at all. Best things ever!

Which ones, please? And, do you sleep in your side/back/front?

Loop quiet are amazing. I've tried many earplugs over the years but I've had my loop quiet for a couple of years now. They are comfortable, washable and block all noise so I can sleep all night. I found foam ones would irritate my ears after a while and I got a couple of skin infections. I've never had that with Loop.

They just aren't noise blocking enough for me

Have you tried adding the Mute accessory? It further increases them by 5db
