Mine are interesting. There blue-green and have been since I was 1. I’m 63 now. Most people think there green until they get up close. I get a compliment once a week on my eye colour. Some people put blue on my ID others put Green.

Grey-green, although they reflect other colours and can look stronger green, grey or blue if that’s what I’m wearing. I do like them. They’re a nice colour and I like that they show my Irish roots.

TheChosenTwo · 25/04/2024 10:35

Mine are brown.
Dh says they’re beautiful and big and expressive. I don’t have any feelings positive or negative about my eyes, they’re just eyes and I can’t see them 😂

thaegumathteth · 25/04/2024 10:37

Bluey green but one quarter of one of them is light brown.

YoureAGoodManArthurMorgan · 25/04/2024 10:37

Dark green here. Yes, I like them, especially with gold eyeshadow.

My favourite colour for eyes is chocolate brown. It's such a dreamy colour.

Mine are brown and I wish they were blue/green

This.

Both my DH and I have muddy brown eyes, but DC1 has a pretty kind of grey/green and DC2 blue. I'm jealous!

Jamiedodgers · 25/04/2024 10:39

Mine are black/ brown like all/most Chinese people. I like having the eyes of my people despite people sometimes being mean about them

TheBirdintheCave · 25/04/2024 10:42

Mine are just that non-descript blue/grey/green with yellow flecks that most other people of British/Irish origin seem to have. Totally boring but they work well enough which is all that matters really.

Dromaeosauridae · 25/04/2024 10:52

Mine are Green. It’s quite a light brightish green. I was born with blue eyes and when I was about ten they changed to green. All my family going back generations have had blue eyes, I’m the only one with green. I love my eye colour. I think all eye colours are beautiful!

MarkWithaC · 25/04/2024 10:54

Green/brown. Not hazel, quite distinctly green but also with brown parts IYSWIM!

I love them. I'm a Brit and happy that I don't have blue eyes like the majority. One side of my family is a bit Irish and a bit Welsh and I think my colouring comes from that, which I like.
Unfortunately I'm a glasses-wearer and very short-sighted, so my eyes are not at all visible to the average person talking to me or looking at me because I basically look like Mr Magoo. I can't wear contacts any more due to chronic severely dry eyes.

So these days only I and my DP really ever get to see them au naturel. Easter Sad

Mine are very dark brown - I've been told I have "Mediterranean eyes" even though I'm half Chinese/half Scottish. I like them! Have always thought green would have been nice too.

My finance's are lovely - they are blue/green, but the centre around the pupil is pure gold!

nonottoday · 25/04/2024 11:00

I've always had blue/grey unremarkable eyes, but recently changed my hair colour only a few shades darker, and the eye transformation has been amazing! We all know about colour popping, but I was really surprised how nice and blue my eyes look now.

Theoldwoman · 25/04/2024 11:00

Mine have been blue my entire life. I always wanted brown growing up.
My first DC got blue, second got brown, third got blue.

DH has Hazel.

BoobyDazzler · 25/04/2024 11:02

Dark brown, almost black.

I do like them.

MonsteraMama · 25/04/2024 11:04

Blue with gold flecks that I never noticed until my husband pointed them out. I am very fond of them.

SerafinasGoose · 25/04/2024 11:17

Mine are light brown with a prominent darker ring around the iris.

I love them because the gift of sight is an incredible thing. I can't even imagine how terrible it would be not to be able to see a beautiful sunset, spring primroses and bluebells, and sunlight dancing through leaves or sparkling on water.

spottyhotdog · 25/04/2024 11:19

Brown :(

RabbitsRock · 25/04/2024 11:26

5 ft 2 eyes of blue - would like to be a bit taller & have slightly larger eyes but pretty happy. DF has lovely green eyes & mine sometimes appear green in certain lights.

spiderlight · 25/04/2024 11:43

Very pale grey, sometimes with a hint of green, especially if I'm upset. I like them but they're not all that striking.

Bitzi · 25/04/2024 11:54

Blue, and I really like them - they suit my colouring and brown eyes wouldn't look so good on me at all.

Having said that, DH and our kids all have chocolatey brown eyes which I love.

avocadotofu · 25/04/2024 11:54

Mine are brown and I like them.

NisekoWhistler · 25/04/2024 11:55

Mine are very dark brown almost black, everyone comments how dark they are

Blingismything · 25/04/2024 11:57

They are khaki around the pupil and then a jade green. They are OK, need brown mascara and brown eyeliner to make them 'pop'.

Sophie3003 · 25/04/2024 12:01

Big blue eyes which I have always been complimented on by women and men which is lovely. My daughter has inherited these too ☺️. My husband has beautiful brown eyes which is my preference on a man.

ClematisWren · 25/04/2024 12:07

Dark blue with a gold ring around the pupils. I’ve always liked them, and got lots of compliments when younger. I think they’ve faded a bit as I’ve got older.

CardigansAndCoffee · 25/04/2024 12:31

Sunnytwobridges · 25/04/2024 01:21

Same. I have brown eyes and never wished they were lighter. It’s really sad that brown eyes are the least desirable.

Thirded! I love having dark hair/eye colouring. Striking and beautiful. When I was pregnant both times I hoped for little brown hair/eyed babies, and I got them.
