Me: playing cards and juggling balls - quality was crap. I had reinstated my Amazon Prime to get a few bits and it has reminded me how crap Amazon is. Wild west for quality. Prime cancelled.

Gingham school shorts for DD2. She's quite slim, so they looked huge on her, like old fashioned bloomers and looked like they'd fall down. We've gone for grey shorts instead as they have an adjustable waist.

A jumper. It was lovely, but I chose the wrong size.

Chicken from Tesco online shopping delivery that was short dated and didn't fit with meal plans this week.

Not a big deal, they let me know and I asked them to take back and they refunded.

Fit Flop wellies. The heels were too high and narrow and the rubber too soft. Twisted my ankle just getting them on, no way were they up to dog walking across rough muddy fields.

Well, I’d like to return the set A level Eng Lit text they have sent that is the wrong edition but Amazon just want to refund without a return. This is weird and I’d honestly rather be sent a returns label

It might not be you. I bought a sports bra from TU actually in Sainsburys not online. The medium looked tiny, so I bought large. I’m a size 12. It’s so tight it could be used as a chest binder. Sizing can be absurd

This week alone I've returned a (p)leather jacket, some wide leg trousers (both bought in 2 sizes as options), and a bikini.

Socks. I thought they were brown but they're a plum purple.

A Montirex jacket for DS, I know that Montirex is a really small fit and I should size significantly up, but I often don't listen to myself 🙄

That's just how Amazon operate. They don't do exchange, it's just refund and reorder.

You’re missing the point. They sent the wrong thing (as in item not as described) and they don’t want it back but are still refunding. It’s a way they sometimes operate but not the only way. I have been given a returns procedure on other occasions for pretty much the same thing.

A hoodie I bought for DH birthday that's rather smaller than expected

Two pairs of Camper flat Mary-Jane shoes. They looked lovely but the fit was wrong for me - I got marks on my instep just from trying them on.

A large apricot coloured lamp shade. It was the perfect colour and size for the lamp base but the metal ring thingy was too large to sit in the bulby bit. Really annoying. Couldn't see a way to adapt it so had to send it back.

I also have a pair of black brogue boots bought for DS which he put one toe in a declared too tight. Little sod. They are my size however and I might keep them as I think they look very smart!

A dress from fat face that was labelled long. Just about covered my bum.

2 dresses from Boden. Too tight on bust, material too thin and too voluminous bottom half.
