I can understand the flat stomach. I can't understand the run!

Kalevala · 21/04/2024 05:16

It's rounded, not flat and the legging fabric would be holding it in place.

devooed · 21/04/2024 05:36

That stomach is barely rounded, 4 days post partum !! I still had a bump.
She looks amazing I need those leggings in my life

Breastfeeding I assume. My bump was gone by my 5 day checkup.

Newyearoldhair · 21/04/2024 05:54

Breastfeeding and some sort of spanx or tummy flattening underwear.

Yes, I'd assume breastfeeding.

Mine went down that quickly. The baby and placenta are out, then the womb itself shrinks quickly, half its weight in a week, back in the pelvis in two.

MollyRover · 21/04/2024 06:00

All of the above plus training all through the pregnancy. From the movement alone I doubt very much this is only 4 days post partum. Who is she?

OverTheCountryClub · 21/04/2024 06:00

I think luck. I bf and had a bump that went down like a slowly deflating balloon over weeks not days. My friend who ff had a flat stomach immediately! And also what a nutter running 4 days after birth- don't know how she can do that, I bled like a stuck pig for ages and felt like shit Grin

SnapdragonToadflax · 21/04/2024 06:08

I imagine she's wearing something to hold her in? Many people do wear a girdle/supportive waist wrap type thing after birth. I'm friends with a PT who used one and said many of her clients did too. I just checked and you can wear them a few days after birth. Presumably she had a very easy natural labour and isn't in any pain.

However, I really hope she's out running because she fancies a run, and not because she feels she needs to lose weight or tone up.

WhatWouldYouDo33 · 21/04/2024 06:10

she is probably running from the paparazzi!
I don’t think she is 4 days pp.

SnapdragonToadflax · 21/04/2024 06:15

Ah I just looked her up as I had no idea - that news story only says she reportedly had the baby four days before, not that it was confirmed. It could have been longer... never believe what you read in the papers!

Still nice the wiser, other than she's a footballer's wife.

Rosecoffeecup · 21/04/2024 06:21

Think the baby was born in March

augustusglupe · 21/04/2024 06:28

I’d had a very flat stomach before I got pregnant and it went right back into place straight after DD’s birth. You honestly couldn’t tell I’d been pregnant atall.
My mum was the same & she had 4 of us.
I didn’t start back at my aerobics class til after my 6 week check up though.

Bluewallss · 21/04/2024 06:39

The stress her husband puts her through!

DramaLlamaBangBang · 21/04/2024 07:35

She could have had the baby before and just announced it was 4 days ago. I wouldn't blame her for keeping it quiet for a bit, considering her husband has been busy impregnating attention seeking other women and as she has taken him back will probably continue to do so.

determinedtomakethiswork · 21/04/2024 07:39

Poor woman. I've just read up about her and her husband.

What a pig he is.

MissScarletInTheBallroom · 21/04/2024 07:44

I don't know who she is but it looks like she's wearing those postpartum leggings that suck everything in.

Is she actually out exercising or just running to the shops? If she's just been caught on camera nipping into Co-op then as long as she feels up to running errands, fair enough. But exercising at 4 days postpartum is a terrible idea, especially running. It's too much strain on her pelvic floor.

makeanddo · 21/04/2024 07:44

Why poor woman? She's chosen to stay with him and have another child!

She's obviously disciplined but going for a run 4 days after giving birth is an option did the majority of women with 4 children.

TTPD · 21/04/2024 07:49

Is she going for a run, or just quickly jogging across a car park for a few seconds?

My stomach was flat before I left the delivery room, I'd didn't have a post partum bump either time. I assume it's just one of those things that is completely down to chance, because I certainly didn't do anything to make it happen.

Scottishgirl85 · 21/04/2024 07:52

If I had run 4 days pp my organs would have been scattered in a trail behind me. This is quite sad actually.

I snapped back 😊
However inside not so much, running would have been a disaster.

usernother · 21/04/2024 08:12

She's not going for a run. She's running to something in a car park. Also, no one knows exactly when the baby was born. Lastly, she always looks great. I think she's stunning.

FormerlyPathologicallyHappy · 21/04/2024 08:16

She works out she’s always being papped going to the gym. She’s maintained a high level of muscle tone.

Which we all would if our dhs publicly cheated on us with women who splash themselves all over social media. Last thing she needs is the daily Mail side bar of shame running articles on how she’s let herself go.

I feel sorry for her too he’s completely let her down as a man.
