Where are all the posh, wealthy folk holidaying this year?

I'm neither but the wealthy middle class families in the Dc's class are headed to Greece & Ibiza.
One of the families was skiing in Austria at half term, the other family skiing in the French Alps in the Easter hols.
Also they have numerous UK trips to St Ives etc during the summer..

Happy to be getting away to Spain this year. But I do get wanderlust watching where the people with money & means go!

It’s where they don’t go, ever.

Go to Oman but never to Dubai.

Go to Mallorca but never Tenerife.

Go to Kerala but never Goa.

Also they make annual return visits to places where they, family or friends have houses. Cornwall, Norfolk, Abersoch in the UK, Umbria and Cote d’Azur overseas.

They also seem to love expensive hobbies overseas - ski resorts, pony trekking, sailing.

Almost everyone I know has either been recently or is planning a trip there.

Ooh, last year we went to Cornwall and Croatia. We've just come back from New York, have the French Riviera booked for summer and skiing in Austria over Christmas.

Just need to find a spare weekend to squeeze in a trip to Scotland and I'm officially posh and wealthy 🤣 (In reality I am neither)

Oh, I'm also planning a trip to Costa Rica, for extra points!

And if you go to Oman (which IS gorgeous in winter), it's only ever the Chedi in Muscat or Zighy Bay Resort up towards Musandam. But there are lovely alternatives. I am not going to tell because the Times and Telegraph both have my kitchen bugged to work out where I am planning a holiday, and promptly write about it. We've got quite paranoid about it. When we discuss the Trebizond area of Turkey, randomly out of nowhere, in the next fortnight there will be recommendations.

I have secretly thought they were a bit naff… but accepted that I would be in the minority. Can’t say I spend THAT much time thinking about it, TBF.
