So.... where is the Emirates Dubai to Glasgow flight off to now do we think? Gust of 58 mph here - goodness know what it is like in Glasgow!

Oh I love a flight radar during a storm thread (have started them myself in the past). Joining the thread!

Looks like it's very random as a tiny little plane just landed at Glasgow.

Manchester has apparently closed the runways!

The Emirates plane EK27 was descending and is now climbing again. Was diverting to Manchester, now can't?

Last storm I was watching they were sending g Glasgow flights to Manchester, Leeds flights to Glasgow, Edinburgh flights to Leeds . I guess it just depends on the individual gusts at individual times. Some get to land and others don't

At 32k ft Dubia isn't going to Manchester now- Birmingham?

Not sure how the passengers will get to Glasgow, with rail strikes on.

I went in to FR to check a flight for work and the Dxb Glasgow is the most tracked flight at the moment !!

Now an Easyjet from Malaga trying to land at Glasgow.

Ugh, my son's flight to Madrid has been cancelled at Heathrow. I'm getting lots of texts now.

Dublin has some interesting diversions

Heathrow - been a slight ding between two planes on the ground.

There's a Ryanair Stansted to Dublin that looks like it may be diverting to Leeds.

Jet 2 from Faro just attempted to land at Glasgow now ascending

Yes - looks like a wing bash at Heathrow.

Gawd- Gatwick to Glasgow is such a schlep!

Especially with a rail strike.

Also a Tui from Alicante looks like it's lining up

And the Jet2 is back up again at Glasgow.

Jet2 failed again - I'm right that they don't do a 3rd attempt - it's a divert now?
