Good Morning All! What's everyone doing today?

I'm just drinking my first cuppa of the day, in silence, in my kitchen spot. I'd be outside but haven't got round to getting out my table and chairs yet 🙄 & think they'll need a clean before being used. I have the window open for some fresh air & can hear the birds 😊.

There's some washing to be done always bloody washing and last night's pots that I'll get to eventually. The kitchen could do with a clean and mop too but not urgently so that can wait as well.

We're going for a wander to Pets at Home shortly, to look for things for the kittens, when they're old enough to leave mum. I've been collecting bits and pieces for the past couple of weeks. I have a couple of Vinted parcels to post on the way out.

We'll probably call into the big Home Bargains on the same estate, then walk over to B&M and The Range as well. Possibly via McDonald's for dinner.

When we get in, it'll be something quick for tea, showers and then settle down in front of Lucifer for a bit, with my crochet. I'd pick up my book but miss things 🙄. Dd1 is also bingeing Lucifer but is well ahead of me, and dd2 is re-watching 911, so probably lots of screens this evening.

I'll not be going to bed too late as I'm at a christening tomorrow so want plenty of time to have a flap about my outfit 🙈 and write a nice message in my card.

We're just having some breakfast at the moment then popping into town for a nice coffee.
Got to sort some returns out later and do a few holiday try ons.
My goal is when my daughter goes to bed later I'll be sat down and will do nothing irrelevant of what jobs there are to do (yeah right, there's always something to do)

Good Morning All. I’ve just had a cuppa a d some toast and about to get dressed as food delivery here shortly. Once that’s done I’ll call my elderly Mum for a chat which will be a long one as she does like to natter!

Then will try and get out into the garden to cut the lawn as supposed to be warm here today and wrap up last minute presents for my daughters birthday tomorrow

I'm currently sat on the sofa with a breakfast smoothie. DH is having breakfast, the DC are watching TV.
We're off to pick up some paint today ready to decorate our new house. I also have ordered some board games to collect from The Entertainer. We'll probably stop out for lunch, and I might ask around at some supermarkets if they have some big cardboard boxes we could have to use for packing.
Then home this afternoon, I'll do some washing and tidying, the DC will probably do craft as it seems to be permanently covering the kitchen table at the moment, we've got Hello Fresh for tea and tonight DH and I will be carrying on with a Xbox game we're halfway through (the Quarry if anyone is interested).

DH is cooking a fry up and then he is taking our two children out for a couple of hours. I have had them all week and go back to work on Monday so I am looking forward to a few hours child free. I want to go out for a long walk along the sea front and then cosy up with a book. Bliss!

Later we will watch Saturday night TV with a glass of wine.

After coffee in bed and some internet shopping,, or rather browsing, I'm now finishing fried eggs with toast and have some good peanut butter on the last of the toast. I've only recently re-instated a weekly house clean, so that's been done, laundry's been done, and I have no plans for the weekend so I'll just go to the gym and have some sofa time, bliss!

I’ve had two cups of tea and half emptied the dishwasher! 😂

Must do some laundry today. Then going to see my parents this afternoon, with the kids. My DP is currently in a really bad mood so there isn’t a very nice atmosphere here.

Wow that's a busy day!! I just started painting my internal doors. Hoping to also get a head start on the weeding and plant some more seeds out later today.

Gonna have a family breakfast when OH is back from parkrun.

Good morning Lucysmam and others. I'm about to meet a friend for second breakfast in my local garden centre, then I shall faff about doing little for the rest of the day. I'll check on dd's house as they're on holiday this week. Macaroni cheese for dinner as I'm using up milk and cheese. Have a good day all.

A walk round a reservoir, we have a choice of three within easy driving distance, furthest is 45 mins just trying to decide on a 3 or 7 mile walk. Watching a Tom Hank’s film about North Atlantic convoys when we get back with tea and lemon muffins. DH is just paying for our holiday in Wales that’s in 2 weeks, £750.

We're having a slow/ quiet morning (me, DH and DC). Going to start getting ready for a visit to our local town - will have a coffee somewhere and a mooch about the shops. There aren't many nice ones now but we still like going and supporting where we can.

And then an afternoon in - I'll probably to a spot of sorting/cleaning, washing, playing with DC. We've got an Indian takeaway bag from Morrisons for tea tonight and will watch a film! Hopefully won't be too late going to bed either!

Morning, @lucysmam ! Just drinking my second cup of coffee on the sofa before I go and have a shower.
DP is bathing DD, who is bathing her rag doll. Both are covered in mud from the garden.
When DD’s carers arrive, we’ll scarper and go and have a coffee at the lovely cafe down the road. Then some pottering and lunch.
Not sure about this evening - the vague plan is to start on the new Ripley series on Netflix, but it’ll depend how awake we are. We haven’t actually managed to watch any telly since last year!

I’m still in bed drinking cappuccino trying to motivate myself to get up.
Need to do a clean blitz today and also want to go for a walk this morning.
Then we’ll visit my Dad and then drop DDs at various activities - football, a party and then a sleepover. Think I’ll be in the car all afternoon hence the need for a walk this morning!

Hope to be back home by 6pm. Planning salmon for dinner - no wine tonight as working tomorrow 😔

On my 2nd coffee and still waiting for the boys to get up lol Having a nice peaceful morning. Been decorating this week and I am shattered. So a relaxing day here today then off out for tea with the girls tonight 🙂

We got back from holiday last night. Dh went off to work at 7ish this morning to catch up.

Lots of laundry, sorting and a supermarket trip for me. The boys are just chilling but I might just make them come with me. I'm torn between getting them to help or doing the shop fast and having half an hour to myself in the cafe after.

Morning all. Was up at 7am as my Dad and Stepmum are visiting from Scotland and my half brother is coming over from Leeds so had my shopping delivery done and put away by half past eight. Done a couple of hours work and generally been tidying up while refereeing the kids and trying to stop them messing up everything I've tidied. DH is vacuuming. Dcat is getting under everyone's feet.

They should be here soon then we're having a buffet lunch. Maybe a walk afterwards and then takeaway for dinner.

Morning all. Feeling a bit under the weather so not much will be going on here. Bit of school work- vacancy in dept not been filled- nightmare. Might try and read, we'll see. Look after yourselves

Weirdly! My husband got up early and got all productive 🤷‍♀️ doing the pets morning routine & cleaned the kitchen & has now gone food shopping. We are going out for dinner later with our friends, it's one of their birthdays. So, I'm going to pamper myself with a face & eye mask, blow dry my hair & even pop some makeup on. I don't always get to do this as I'm usually catching up on stuff from the working week & then rush out. He said we can go a little earlier & have a pre cocktail, actually quite excited & have a new jumpsuit to wear too. X

I've fed my (very big Maine Coons) breakfast and dogs have been out back. Made a cup of tea and gone back to bed! Can't stay long as daughter said she'd get up before noon to go to our local favourite café and need to wash my hair. There's a park next to the cafe I'd like to walk the dogs but DD not keen when we take them into the café and while they are well behaved it can be a hassle if another dog comes in. We shall see!
My son (who lives away) working today texted me at 7.30 on his way in. He has two jobs - one unpaid doing for experience but it's a lot! He's 20 struggling to find his way a bit.
After café usual laundry and if I don't cut the grass soon it will need a strimmer! Weather has not been great and it always seems to wet but I think today may be the day! I planted up the front window boxes last weekend so want the back to look as good as the front.

I'm sat in the cafe at gymnastics waiting for DS to finish his class and then we're heading up to my work so I can sort out some things on site for my team for the weekend.
I've promised the kids an ice cream while we're there so we'll do that and have a sit in the sunshine then home to get some jobs done. We'll head to the library later to pick new books and sort some jobs in town and then hopefully home for a relaxing evening.
Oh and getting as much laundry as possible hung out to make the most of the decent weather!

We’ve come into London for a day of wondering around and eating loads of food culture! Starting in a Foyles and keen to find a new Middle Eastern cookbook to literally spice up our weeknights - though I’m currently trapped in the Childrens department as DS spends forever picking his new book 😂

Not 100% sure what the rest of the day will bring as we don’t have a plan at all, just that we get our steps in and tire DS out so with any luck there’ll be a lie in tomorrow 🫠

I'd love to be sat outside but alas it's STILL raining in wales!

DP is off to the gym shortly, I'm lazing on the sofa atm awaiting delivery of our wedding rings almost 5 months to go!

Off out to see a band tonight somewhere different with some friends although I am full of cold and not really feeling it I'm sure once I've had one drink I'll be fine!
