I make a kind of Mediterranean style cottage pie, lol. Cut up the lamb, add the gravy and a tin of tomatoes, one of chickpeas and some cumin, garlic, herbs, paprika. Cook on pot on stove for an hour or so, then add to a oven dish and cover with mash, and cook for another half hour or until bubbling.

I'm doing moussaka with mine. Hairy bikers recipe. I just use chopped up lamb rather than mince, much nicer.
