Price? cuisine? There are dozens.

So, basically the entirety of Soho, St James and Covent Garden. You need to give us a price range and cuisine to narrow it down.

Also, is it for tonight for a walk-in, or in two months time so you can get into somewhere like the Devonshire or Arlington or Bocca du Lupo with a reservation?

We like Italian, Indian the most.
Mid price range, nothing too posh x

Will be going in a few weeks.

Burger & Lobster is my fave, I love a lobster roll.

Little Italy and Sartori are nice Italian options.

Speedboat Bar is fun and so good. Also Kricket for Indian or the Palomar also lovely.

This is in Piccadilly - small like tapas Italian dishes. Delicious.

Cicchetti was massively overpriced IMO - you'll easily spend £60pp and come out hungry! I've heard good things about Masala Zone but yet to go, if you aren't already eyeing up Dishoom.

Fatt Pundit isn't too far and does REALLY good 'Kolkatan' style fusion food

Dishoom is very chain restaurant, average food, not worth the hype. I don't recommend when there are so many other places to go.

I disagree it isn't a huge chain and is consistently good. The OP said the like Indian. You don't need to book and is close by...

The latter more affordable IMO.

Cafe Murano another good Italian.

Masala Zone is good - I like it because they do individual thali in the evening not just at lunchtime

My tip for Leicester Square is (starter and) main in one restaurant and desert in Hagan Daz.
