@DeanElderberry Chinatown specifically. My Chinese students all notably wear masks at certain points in the year when colds etc are more rife. I'm not familiar with the permanent decorations at San Fran but those lanterns might be up for new year celebrations, which was my assumption. Ah well. Better luck tomorrow maybe 🤣
