Just finished my bedroom.

Mutual exchanged for this house last year and my bedroom had no flooring down, just rough planks, constant splinters in my feet 😂 No curtains, it was grey and red previously, just didn't feel like my own space at all.

But finally finished my room and I love it so much.

I would definitely say to buy a sample for your wall as I originally chose a different Valspar paint based on the swatch card instore and online photos.

It looked absolutely nothing like either once dried on my own wall.

For years I have had horrid bedrooms, all beige and bland and ratty carpet. We always spent money on the kids or other parts of the house. Every house we lived in our bedroom was the shabby one.

I finally did my bedroom about 3 years ago and I love it. It's my sanctuary and I can't believe I've spent 30 years (or more) living in grotty bedrooms I hated, thinking it didn't matter and I could put up with it.

Its really nice looking op, well done!

@3RingCircus I really love it beautiful colours, the rug is very pretty & you’ve done a great job painting the furniture, I have similar colours in my front room & find it very calming & peaceful enjoy your lovely new room & house.
