Same here Say my password is the wrong one - but I can see by the number of dots it is correct Then send me to my e mails for identifying number but am unable to input so go round in circles

Me, too! Thought I'd been hacked and was trying everything to get back in. Affected Instagram as well.

Haven't posted anything on it for about 3 years - I only need messenger to keep in touch with my adult kids - although I use Signal and Telegram more and frankly my kids (~30) post more on Insta. I think FB is dead - it's nothing these days - if it and messenger died tomorrow it wouldn't make a jot of difference to me - I hate the platform anyway - for making it so hard to configure the privacy features. Die die die FB.

I can't remember my password, I've been permanently logged in for ages. In fact I can't even remember the email address I would have used to set it up. I never used it on anything other than a laptop either, so have never put in my phone number. This could be interesting. 😂

Good riddance to that cesspool of misinformation! My life has been far better ever since I deleted my account.

It's quite impressive to be honest. I used to be on it as a teenager. I didn't think adults used it much.
