I need to get all my top teeth removed. But I need childcare for my 2 youngest. I was thinking about asking my adult DS but I'm not sure if its fair that I ask. He's in a stressful job and his hours are not the best he gets pretty drained/tired he does 2 days 7am - 4pm , 2 days 2-11pm then 2 days 10pm-7am he often has to do over time as well. He does get 4 days of . The first day is spend mostly sleeping.

Or I could take them with me they could have their tablet and play on that. In the room. That way I'm not putting anyone out.

Or teen dd could come as well and they could wait in the waiting room with their tablets

I think this is the type of situation when it is acceptable to ask your adult ds to look after his younger siblings, and he should say yes and do. Families should look after each other in these situations.

I'm going to ask him. I just felt guilty. I will ask though.

I'm a solo parent with no one who can look after my child. I felt awful when I had to take them to an emergency dentist appointment, but Dentist said lots of mums bring their children and not to worry.
Child sat in their pushchair with a tablet and was fine.

Tooth extraction (if it goes smoothly) is very quick.

Dentist are used to children, they treat them also.

I will take them if I end up with no choice . But I will try and avoid it if possible.
