Can we discuss Geri

I never knew she started having a relationship with Christian Horner whilst his long term partner was pregnant.
And that Christian left his partner for Geri whilst his long term partner was heavily pregnant.
I've only found this out by seeing the story about Christian's text message scandal on the internet.
This is truly shocking to me.
Is it really true? Or has it been misreported or exaggerated online?
I know things get misreported online. But if it's true, then this will really badly affect my opinion of Geri, who I've always really liked a lot.
Secondly, I googled images of Geri, and I noticed every image of her shows her wearing white clothes. White dresses. White suits. White tops. White trousers. White skirts. White knitwear. White ski gear. White swimsuit. It struck me as a bit odd, even possibly showing a bit of an obsessive trait - having to wear the same colour all the time. Does anyone else find this a bit unsettling?
If anyone on here is lucky enough to know her, is Geri ok?

Literally every famous person/celebrity/performer/actor relies in people who have never met them connecting with them and having a positive opinion on them. It's not 'weird' there is an entire industry built around it.

i saw this being reported in the news and only noticed as I have come across her in real life, and felt bad for her. But I didn’t know the whole story and now I do, I no longer feel bad for her. I have been in the same position as the mother of his first child.

I think she looks absolutely dreadful in her all white outfits. Often they don’t even fit her properly and I have no sympathy for her. She knew what kind of man she was marrying. What did she expect??

Something very similar was done to me, minus the money, the fame and the wardrobe of course. It was devastating to be left alone with a young baby and see my husband clear off with a woman who had chased after him. Eventually, they broke up due to them both cheating on each other. I think that it generally does play out this way unless the people concerned do a lot of work on themselves and address the behaviours that they had when their relationship began

Well, she didn't cheat on and then ditch her pregnant partner, so she isn't the problem. He is the cheat

Er, no but he cheated WITH her therefore she knew he had it in him to cheat. You cant have sex with a man behind his pregnant partner's back and then be all shocked when he does the same to you!

Yes, he was the cheat and its 100% on him.
But she knew exactly what he was doing and she was involved in the cheating too so she was fully aware of what that said about his character and how he views relationships and treats women.

It's like- you cant help someone rob someone else and then act all outraged when they rob from you. What the fck else did you expect would happen??

Yeah not particularly interested in Geri but she's played a part all her life, started out doing glamour shots, then played the part of Ginger in The Spice Girls, left the Spice Girls and became uber thin and angsty. Another part. Now, her latest role is playing Horners wife and earth mother. The white no doubt is chosen to signify wealth, power, class and fits the image of Geri in her floaty dress baking with the kids. Geri probably doesn't even know who she truly is anymore.

DD went to her daughter’s school and she was always quite rude when I came across her (eg would sit right at the front in the middle during school concerts and would get up and leave the second her daughter had finished instead of sitting through the other acts like the rest of the parents)… but the girl was always lovely and very well mannered, I do pity her. What a mess!

Yes, agree - all this 'the guy is the blame'. Well, doh, yes obviously but I despise women who go after married men, especially those with a pregnant partner at home, or kids (somehow having kids makes it worse but it isn't, really shit in any case). Despicable actually.

Agree totally. Of course, 100% he's a cheat but for women to go after married or co-partnering men (especially when the partner is pregnant or there are kids involved) - regardless of whether they were 'pursued' by the man or not - is particularly despicable. I mean, why do it? I don't have any sympathy for women like that.
Before all of this I hadn't realised Geri had met him whilst still with his ex-partner either...

It’s moot. She was worth 40 million when she left the spice girls. The fact he’s wealthier is fairly irrelevant, she is set for life.
