I do think it's going to be May, I run a polling station on election days and we've been set up and assigned already which is quite unusual!

But was that before or after Rishi's inspirational speech on Friday. Surely the polls will show a bounce after such an uplifting performance.

I am starting to think again that it might be May too. The speech on Friday, the cringe-y video. Why bother with all that now, if the election is going to be in autumn?

Its almost as though Sunak is on a staircase that has corners every few steps and he keeps going down and down, round more and more corners, ever lowering himself.

We're only booked to do locals at the moment on 2nd May, but the arrangements do seem to be particularly organised in advance... (more than normal)

R/w Cons are huge fans of emergency legislation & banning things. It's like a veneer of governing but without actually doing anything positive.
