Has anyone done this? We’re hoping it’ll solve all our sleep problems as DP is disturbed by me moving through the night, and then I’m disturbed by DP being awake!
With a standard single mattress being 190cm long and a super king bed being 200cm, we know we’ll need to get 2 European singles, but we’d like to try before we buy and not many stores sell this size. I wish IKEA still sold them.
Does anyone have any mattress recommendations please? We prefer pocket sprung, not foam.
Also, for those that have done this, did you have any problem fitting them in a super king frame (I don’t want a divan base)? We’re worried the lip of the mattresses may make them too tight a fit width ways?
Anything else we need to think of?
