I’ll start

Georgia Tennant. I don’t know why. Is it jealousy? I dunno 🤷‍♀️

And yes I know I’m being mean.

OP posts:

An excellent thread.
Thought it was just me who doesn't get DT.

Lorraine Kelly. She has a gooey centre of pure malevolence hidden inside a twinkly sugar shell.

Ant McDrug&drunkDriver

The godforsaken tedious bell also known as Eamonn Holmes. A revolting shudder in human form. His wife is also fairly harrowing, but he takes the overall biscuit.

Stacey blaring boring Dooley. She's like if an underdeveloped AI programme tried to form a below average presenter and printed it using a 3D printer.

Olly Mur-der me now so I don't have to look at him, hear him or know he exists. What is the defining feature of that man? I haven't spotted one.

Jess Glynn, for THAT FUCKING OMNIPOTENT SONG ABOUT HOLDING HANDS it's caused me dental issues from teeth grinding, that FUCKING advert (I think it's J.G who sings it?) Again, blaring.

I knew Schofield was a gutter snake before it became public knowledge; sneering, creepy beady eyed, self serving fake thing that he is. A core of shit to the man so rancid that it's finally visible to all. His "wife" should yeet him onto the moon, if she hasn't already. And his bezzy mate.. Who dropped him like a bag of cold dog sick as soon as she couldn't drag the "double act" on for another interminable year of giggling, dribbling deeply unfunny dickheadedness. Two twats for the price of less than one viable human between them.

~that was all a lot more spiteful that I anticipated~

Glad it’s not just me and that Jess Glynn song! I refuse to even consider booking a holiday or flights with Jet2 because they use that god-awful shrill song of hers in their adverts!

Ceebeegee · 19/02/2024 22:27

Rachel Riley. Can't explain why but I hate watching her.

Greg Davies. Just don't find him as funny as everyone else seems to fawn over how hilarious he apparently is .

Tinks15 · 19/02/2024 22:27

Can’t stand David Walliams & Coleen Nolan

Direstraightsagain · 19/02/2024 22:28

Porfirio · 19/02/2024 17:35

Dawn French. Utterly ghastly woman.

Is there a backstory here?

Davina Mccall is so needy and loud and annoying I can’t watch her
miriam margoles is awful. Her book is self obsessed drivel
david Beckham is a two timing, egomaniac with too many tattoos

BUT who said gabby roslin. She’s literally sunshine ☀️

usernother · 19/02/2024 22:29

cardibach · 19/02/2024 17:12

You’re all going to hate me…
Miriam Margolyes.
She just thinks she’s so alternative and hilarious because she’s a sweary lesbian. Nobody cares, love. Or at least I don’t.

I agree and think she's a really horrible person.

usernother · 19/02/2024 22:30

ThePoshUns · 19/02/2024 17:29

Also Micheal Sheen, his earnest Welshness is nauseating. Him and Tennant were so cringe at the BAFTAS last night.

I turned it off as soon as the pair of them started. I can't stand either of them.

NannyGythaOgg · 19/02/2024 22:30

Salaaaaaaaah · 19/02/2024 21:26

Paul has been fantastic for charities and the arts in Liverpool. He has also lived in more rural areas (Scotland and Sussex). Ringo is the one who your comment applies most to, he said as much during an interview..."Peace and Love" my arse.

I never had much time for Macca, but wasn't really bothered either way - until he set up that charity in Liverpool and then complained that the government wouldn't take over funding it. FFS, he had plenty of money to fund it (reducing his tax bill at the same time, so the govenrme.nt/us were funding it).

Can't stand the pompous prick

Tootytoot78 · 19/02/2024 22:33

BlueGlassOfDoom · 19/02/2024 21:33

Dan Walker - or, as he is known in this house, Dull Wanker.

He is the Unholy Trinity - thick, pompous and ubiquitous, and has ruined my weekday morning listening since he started ‘presenting’ the breakfast programme on Classic FM, which used to be a nice, undemanding start to the day.

I totally agree, I miss Tim Lihoreau on the weekday mornings. Dan Walker is so boring, it was great when he was on holiday last week.

makeupme · 19/02/2024 22:33

Oh and Siobhán McSweeney - the co-host on Great Pottery Throw Down. If I were a potter I'd have thrown a wet clay bowl over her head at the first task.

makeupme · 19/02/2024 22:34

usernother · 19/02/2024 22:29

I agree and think she's a really horrible person.

I get Grotbags vibes from her and always have.

SheerLucks · 19/02/2024 22:36

Leonardo DiCaprio...

The man is priapic...

Windymillering · 19/02/2024 22:37

How has no one said Tess Daly and Vernon Kaye yet?

orangelotus · 19/02/2024 22:38

RollOnSpringDays · 19/02/2024 19:21

Alison Hammond - very disappointed she’s going to do For the Love of Dogs! Also George Michael - I know he’s dead but I hate his music 😂

Oh no not George!

AngelinaFibres · 19/02/2024 19:27

Greg Wallace. Every programme ( and there are sooo many) that he is on would be so much better if he wasn't there. I love the 'Inside the factory' ones but if I worked in any of them and had a big pair of scissors in my hand I'd stab him.

I had no idea people liked him

I thought he was universally loathed

IvanaTinkles · 19/02/2024 22:41

AffIt · 19/02/2024 17:04

Katherine Jenkins, the opera singer.

I have absolutely no idea why - I'm sure she's a perfectly lovely person who rescues old ladies and helps stray kittens cross the road etc - but something about her makes me grind my teeth.

My DM, who is a tremendously good judge of character, has met her a couple of times at music events and says she is a truly horrendous bitch!

BreakfastAtMilliways · 19/02/2024 22:41

Cherry Healey’s dumb blonde dumb questions act on Inside the Factory wears extremely thin after a while. And - not anything against a particular person here - but what is it with ‘enough carpet to cover 2000 football pitches’ or ‘enough wool to circumnavigate the globe’ or whatever? Why would you want to cover a football pitch with carpet…?

<misses point of both analogy and thread>

SheerLucks · 19/02/2024 22:47

clockworklime · 19/02/2024 21:12

Graham Norton. ERRRRRM

No!

He is so talented and clever IMO. And seems a thoroughly nice man.

PrincessHoneysuckle · 19/02/2024 22:47

Denise welch.
Always making every conversation come back to herself.Only watched Loose Women a couple of times but I really noticed it.She also goes on about her sobriety a lot.

Februaryfeels · 19/02/2024 22:50

Sara Cox. Everyone seems to love her but her drunken toddler schtick makes me switch off

SquareCrumpets · 19/02/2024 22:50

Almost no-one on this thread irritates me. Most of them seem to do their jobs reasonably well. Some of them I really like, and for the rest, there is an off switch. I don’t think this post is very kind.

FancyJapflack · 19/02/2024 22:53

How can anyone not like Katie Piper?!??

cardibach · 19/02/2024 22:54

CrushingOnRubies · 19/02/2024 20:43

DM is that you?

Shes the only person is know who doesn't like Miriam Margoyles

Can you explain what’s to like? Because I don’t see it.
Also loads have agreed just on here, so now you know not everyone likes her.

WhycantIkeepthisbloodyplantalive · 19/02/2024 22:55

-Holly Willoughby -Jess glynn -Beyoncé -Taylor swift. -Olivia Wilde -Chrissy Tiegen -Amanda holden -Nick grimshaw -Margot robbie

Lifeinlists · 19/02/2024 22:58

Victoria Coren Mitchell. Smug and not as talented as she thinks.

Stephen Fry. It's all been said already. DH laughs when he (SF) comes on as he knows how much I dislike him.

Jimmy Carr. Instant off button.
