Having all top teeth take out

I need to make an appointment at the dentist. But im shitting it. I'm going to have my all top teeth removed in one sitting. The thing that's bothering me most is injections in the roof of my mouth

Beg to differ…. Injections in your eyeballs are much much worse 👀

Or your fanny when you're getting a tear stitched up after labour.

Can you download a mindfulness or relaxation app which you can listen to and help you breathe. You would still be aware but less panicky

OP, what is the reason for your post?

It is just for someone to say ah here's a handhold and you will be 100s?.

People who have had it done are giving you some ideas to help and share how they did it, and you are shooting them down.

I've had top teeth removed. Lots of them. It's not very nice no. But I'd be taking on some tips offered here if I'd posted here beforehand.

I'd offer some too, but I feel none are wanted really.

Sometimes it's just about sounding of . I know what's to come . I know how I will deal with it . That does not mean I can't sound of about about shitting it.

I member they told me to use the gas and air as they stitched . That was 26 years ago though. Probably changed since then.
