Some discontinued stuff I would love to return:

1.) Ham and cheese mini Cheddars

2.) Jaffa cakes with the lime filling

3.) And most of all Birds hot crunch pudding (banana for preference)

Anything you really miss? Food that were part of your childhood....

Spira
McCains pizza rollers (rollas?)
Cadbury dairy milk with shortbread (I shouldn’t want this back, I went from a size 10 to a 14 purely down to the large bars of this!)
Tesco sausage casserole sauce in a jar (so cheap but really nice)

I used to really like the Heinz toast toppers little pink can of ham n cheese mush to spread on hot toast …
It used to be my hangover food in my early twenties 😆

Came on to say Toast Toppers. I really miss them. They made a great cheap, quick and tasty meal.

Gutted to see Raisin Clubs have gone. I always look for them not realising they had gone.

Pacers. They were the mint version of an opal fruit. They just vanished - albeit many, many years ago... I remember exactly what they tasted like. They were green and pale green striped. Does anyone else remember them?

These were lovely-they had a nice smell as well

It’s odd that there are still plenty of chewy square individually wrapped fruity sweets-Opal Fruits/Chewits, but no mint ones! Why?!

Bring back Pacers!

100% and I can still feel unwrapping the paper around them. Literally the best.

Also miss Drifters.

@GETTINGLIKEMYMOTHER B and M have got Horlicks tablets in!
They're for the 100th Anniversary of Horlicks I think. I've stocked up for my dad.

Defiantlynot41 · 08/02/2024 20:09

Rondello biscuits
Maverick chocolate bars
Stripy mint and vanilla chocolate ices
Walls ice cream chocolates
Supermousse desserts
Mint cracknell chocolate
Old Jamaica chocolate
Toast toppers
Most spearmint things - Pacers have been mentioned up thread but there used to be much more choice of spearmint vs peppermint sweeties
Tooty Minties - like Tooty Fruity but mint

No wonder I have fillings
