I inherited the dark hair, which I like, and the hairiness, which I don't like so much

Catherine zeta Jones or the corrs (I know they're not welsh) but dark hair, brown eyes, pale skin, pretty.

I'm struggling to understand, why is it OK to take the piss and laugh at Welsh people? Why is it OK to laugh at our language?
Also - wlWelsh people all look different. Also- there are black Welsh people.

Kind of a country style maybe? Not so sure I’ve ever pictured a Welsh person (or English/scottish/irish!) outside of an ordinary person.

I have similar colouring (also genetically Welsh). Probably unlike those too my skin is pale AF in winter but goes freckly as soon as spring arrives, proper Celtic. I do have a bit of Irish, too, though.

we used to be in hysterics watching Siadwell.
Also the old welsh woman on it who used to just say ‘I think it’s absolutely disgustin’ and walk away 😄 totally bonkers!! 😂 Can’t remember what the programme was called though.

When I lived in England, one of my English colleagues thought it was hilarious to send me pictures of women in Welsh national dress. He was a real dick head.

It's a nationality not a "look" to adopt. It's not a costume. It's not a fashion choice. It's people. Who are Welsh. Whatever they look like.
