fridge is empty for meals! Debating a walk around the supermarket but need a rough plan.

Bit sick of mince meat dinners and pasta.

not fish people.

I’m on a no takeaway rule for January otherwise I would!

Dd had salmon with vegetable stir fry and spring rolls before she went to work
I’m having lasagne with salad

We had rare sirloin steak a few sweet potato fries and a mixed salad of tomato, lettuce, avocado and chopped walnuts in a Dijon mustard dressing. It was yummy!

We’re having keema curry (beef), saag bhaji and brown rice - I’m in the bath and I can smell it cooking! Can’t wait

Spaghetti Bolognese yesterday. Roast chicken and veg the day before that. Steak and salad today (no kids). Sausages and cabbage tomorrow (trying to avoid potatoes - DH will have mash). Probably fish fingers and veg (plus chips for DH) on Monday.

Green tin tray bake pearl barley leek and tomato... Slightly adapted for all the odds n sods in fridge...chop chuck in oven 1hr
Pearl barley is cheap and fab..

Broccoli and Stilton soup with sourdough toast. Followed by fresh strawberries.
