Want to do something a bit mad/different with down stairs toilet (pics)

I have paint left from doing my sons room. I have shown a pic of the wall to show the colours I have.

Also a pic of the toilet so you can see the room . It's not the best pic . Imagine it empty 🤣

So what can I do thats a bit different and a little mad . No dark colours.

I'd paint the walls that amazing yellow colour then out loads of black framed pictures all over it.

And a chandelier. We put a chandelier in our downstairs loo last year and i am now of the firm belief every toilet needs a chandelier. I'll go and take a pic....

Just be mindful yellow walls are linked with headaches.

I wanted a sunflower yellow wall when I was a kid!

You might not be in there long enough for it to matter, but worth mentioning it. It is a gorgeous colour!

It's a private group. I don't really like to join things like that.

I painted a bathroom bright yellow once, but it really didn't work. The white bath, sink and toilet reflected the colour and took on a grubby, discoloured appearance. I had to redo it a different colour - light teal.

Have you thought about a wallpaper on one or all walls?

Stacey Solomon used washi tape in one of 'sort your life out' make overs which could help you get a nice, sharp finish to the painted shapes.

Never heard of it. May be an idea. I will see if I can find some ideas

I’ve got pictures of animals sat of the loo , in the bath ect all over my bathroom walls . Something to look at when doing a 2 , the guests come out having a laugh too

Yeah I did. I'm not sure on that . I could just let the kids dribble paint everywhere 😅

Not necessarily in orange and pink you could choose other bright colours

I’m a huge fan of a colourful wall, I’ve got the same kind of design as the first pic but yellow and blue triangles. I think it could look great!
Just go for it! Worst case situation and you hate it you can paint over it.

I was half thinking that worse case is I paint lt back to white. I want a different pattern though as I have done the first pic In my boys room
