As Justine previously posted here we're not planning to use MumsGPT for on-site responses, and everything coming out of it is anonymous. It's more for helping brands and policymakers with useful insights about what Mums think. We've had an Insight team for a while, doing focus groups etc, where we try to help organisations understand what their customers want. MumsGPT just makes it a whole lot easier to analyse and sum up the data because it's got so much processing power.
