US/ UK set for military action in Yemen

In light of recent attacks on goods ships by the Iranian backed Houthis,(in solidarity of the people of Gaza), US and UK look set to bomb the Houthi held parts of Yemen.

What is everyone’s thoughts and fears about this?

For me, I wish we would be campaigning for a ceasefire in Gaza rather than this. Also, I think it sets the way for wider war with Iran.

Thank you @noblegiraffe Have not been up to date with news due to health. I knew the UK was taking part in Yemen strikes, but not that the US had soldiers harmed in Jordan. I suppose the US thinks the attack in Jordan was organised by Iran, and that is why they are bombing there. Sounds like the UK is not bombing Iraq and Syria then, which alarmed me as I don't understand how it came to that. I'll catch up on some news today and try to understand more.

A British cargo ship (The Ruby May) that The Houthis hit with it's missiles a couple of weeks ago has now sunk. It's leaking fuel and full of fertiliser which if it leaks into the sea will cause 'catastrophic damage to sea life and the environment '.

Terrorists only add to the problems. To all the idiots praising The Houthis.
