How on earth can I get a ticket for Taylor Swift for my DD

My DD is absolutely DESPERATE to go to a Taylor Swift concert. She’d signed up to the waiting lists with lots of email addresses from family members. Didn’t even get near obtaining a ticket.

Does anyone know of a place or way that it’s possible to get a ticket - she’s 20 so can go on her own, if it’s a pricey hospitality ticket she’ll have to go alone, we can’t afford two!

Ideas gratefully received- just hoping that closer to the time she can buy a resale somewhere.

From where? Ticketmaster? Any other reputable sites?

Resale is allowed so I would look on there, you should get one closer to the time. Especially via twickets if that is allowed as it doesn’t allow pricing beyond face value.

We have hospitality tickets via Club Wembley - worth checking. Compared to the normal prices they weren’t actually that bad.

stubhub is a good one for resale tickets.

Also worth keeping an eye on social media (have your wits about you obviously!) and if you have a marketplace/for sale board at work or if anyone you know does. I’ve seen a few for sale on my one at work for different venues across the country.

You could try Getmein.

AXS and Ticketmaster are the official resale sites for Eras. The good news is that you don't have to have been given a code to buy resale, the bad news is you need to be lucky and online when someone sells. It's just a case of scrolling through the dates you/she wants on each site and seeing if there's a ticket available.

Avoid any of the non official sites. You cannot transfer tickets yet so how they can sell them

Axs and ticket master have official resale but they will go quickly if any come up. Whatever you do don't click on any Facebook posts offering them - there are hundreds of scam links out there.

There’s resale tickets on all the official selling sites? Are you trying to get them at face value or something? They’re easy enough to get, you’ll be paying a minimum of £600 for one though

People will be selling them, I've got an extra single ticket for Liverpool but haven't decided the best way to sell yet

There were loads of single ones on viagogo last time I looked

There are currently ticket for Cardiff on Ticket Master but it look like you need a pre-reg code to get in. Try now and see if you can.

Just keep checking. I have two spare tickets for Wembley. I stupidly bought standing tickets but no under 14s are allowed so I had to buy two more so I can take my DD. If a friend that is interested doesn't buy them I will end up selling them. I am sure there are others thinking about selling so they will slowly trickle through.

You have to re-sell via Ticket Master. If you resell via Viagogo or any other site then the listing gets pulled or the tickets won’t work on the day for who ever buys them. The purchaser must show ID that matches the tickets at the door.

Oh really, that's good to know thank you. So I guess the only way to sell is to someone you know who would meet you at the venue as part of your party? I bought mine via AXS and I can resell through them but when I start the process it looks like it's going to list all 4 tickets and I don't want to risk losing the 3 I do want!

If any lovely person wants to DM me when they go to resell them on Ticketmaster or AXS I’d be so grateful. We check daily and there's nothing available, perhaps it’s too early though.

Twickets is great for resale, you can sign up for alerts but at this early stage you may find the ticket is gone before you click on the alert.
in the week leading up to the concert you are bound to be able to grab some then
