Waitrose not giving vouchers this week?

Just checked the Waitrose app for my vouchers this week before shopping. Nothing. DH account the same. They are pretty poor anyway these days but I do still use them when they're relevant.
I wondered if it was a glitch this week or they didn't think I spent enough with them at Xmas😂. Anyone else the same?

I checked today as I have.a delivery tomorrow and nothing. Either they're late this week or about to announce another "improvement"

I used to use Waitrose a lot when I got the vouchers through the post that were 'spend £80 get 30% off' type thing. I'd weekly shop like a ninja to get to the set amount to get my reduction. Getting 50p off over priced soda bread or Diet Coke doesn't really do it for me - and faffing about with my phone ti scan the vouchers leaves me very cross. It was enough of a task to post the paper vouchers in the slot. I now mostly use M&S and Tesco.

What? People can't use Waitrose? With the old voucher system I could shop sensibly and get more value for money than in Aldi/Lidl.

Try increasing screen brightness before you scan.

All there now but the new year brings no improvement on the 50p discounts. Off to M&S as its finally stopped raining for a couple of hours before the next deluge.

It's just a supermarket. Very little that they sell is like for like more expensive than elsewhere and their essentials range is mostly good quality and good value.

I've also got mine now, too.

Got £2 off chicken and £1 off Fanta that was already on special offer, so I'm happy.

Bizarre that people post things like "meanwhile, on planet earth" Is it not possible to chat about a variety of things on a discussion forum? Imagine posting that on every thread. In Gardening? Recipes? Style and Beauty? Pets? TV? Christmas? DIY?

I always forget to download them until I get to the till, and then can’t get a signal to do it. But on the rare occasion I manage it, the staff always let me use them as general money off vouchers, even if I haven’t bought the exact products they’re for.

Waitrose vouchers are useless these days and, to my - this is petty - annoyance, they've employed what I imagine is an AI generated response to complaints. It's smarmy, calls me by my first name, demands loads of extraneous detail - unnecessary as already contained in my complaint - and is properly smarmy and nauseating. About one page of it. What I want is what I used to get. A few lines. Dear Mrs Newname. Sorry we sent you out of date item in delivery. Refund has been processed. Regards Waitrose. That's more than sufficient. Grrr.

Didn't get any vouchers either. And I have to agree with other posts, ever since Waitrose changed their policy about using vouchers freely across ranges of products the offers are no longer appealing, and the vouchers have dropped very much in value anyway. Same for M&S, even before the advent calendar - I have not received any useful grocery vouchers in months!

Further to my post yesterday at 22.41, my vouchers were there today! I chose two, but only one item was in stock, so only saved the grand total of 50p.

Still no vouchers for me.

I haven't been receiving My Waitrose vouchers since the Wednesday before Christmas. I contacted Waitrose customer services and they finally got back telling me that I needed to use my card at a check out to resurrect them.
Looking at the account number they gave me and which is on my Online/App accounts it is different from the physical card that I use at checkout.
Looking back at my emails I merged My Waitrose and My John Lewis accounts back in October 2018 and received the hard card that I had been successfully using until two weeks ago.
The number that now appears on My Waitrose account/App is the old pre-October 2018 one!.
It appears that they might have been doing some IT work which may have reversed my account back to it's 2018 status.
I have only just replied to them regarding my suspicions but it might be worth checking your card against you Online Account/App if they differ the issue is with Waitrose IT.
Hopefully it's not a Post Office scandal!. I hope this makes sense

they stopped sending me vouchers through the post over at least ago! I’ve now got the app, shop there at least twice a week and never ever got any vouchers! How does everyone get the vouchers? Thanks

I've given up on them. There's no mobile signal in my local Waitrose which makes them even more complicated to use; you have to plan what you're going to buy before you go in and screenshot the vouchers.

I get them every week on a Wednesday. I do shop there every week, mind. They are pretty good actually and always tailored to what I normally buy (like £2 off the higher welfare chicken breasts I get and £1 off my cats food pouches)

I don't know if you'd get them if you don't shop every week, but they have changed recently where you find them on the website. I don't use the app, so not sure where they are on there.

I have mine! Just wish you could use all of them instead of just two per week… at least click and collect is free
