Waitrose not giving vouchers this week?

Just checked the Waitrose app for my vouchers this week before shopping. Nothing. DH account the same. They are pretty poor anyway these days but I do still use them when they're relevant.
I wondered if it was a glitch this week or they didn't think I spent enough with them at Xmas😂. Anyone else the same?

So finally after escalating the issue after being told time and time again by one of their customer services staff that it was "MY FAULT" and that My Waitrose account hadn't changed a manger admitted the issue (albeit contradicting himself). If you are no longer getting vouchers in your APP in the last few weeks the reason if back in 2018 you had MERGED your My Waitrose and John Lewis loyalty cards then the My Waitrose took on the John Lewis account number. What they have done without telling members is that they have rolled back you My Waitrose loyalty account back to your old number and they are now two separate accounts again. They denied this at first and kept telling me to use My Waitrose card which I destroyed back in 2018 when I merged the two accounts!.
I have been told that by ordering a new card or the card number on your APP on your phone it "should" generate your vouchers again. Unless of course the rollback was an IT error and it reverts back to the merged account!!!!!!.

Have you looked at the View Vouchers section in the app? You choose them from there.

I've had none for 4 weeks now

I didn't get my usual personalised vouchers this morning, just two complimentary vouchers

I have a wairose little card you scan when shop but I've never had vouchers

Have you linked your card to the app though? That's where you view and choose vouchers.

when I am in a store it’s often for a huge shop . Scanning is thus a waste of time given how long they take to check it. So far I have not missed something but they have certainly wasted my time whilst I do the scanning for them . Sorry this happened and as the others say no one will have been judging
