Any suggestions for a good board game for 2 people

DH and I are home alone on New Year's Eve so thought we might play a board game.
all the games we have are suitable for four or more
Any ideas for something good to play alongside a takeaway and a bottle of wine?

Jaipur's our fave for 2 players. A mix of strategy and luck.

I've not played Splendor with 2, bit I believe there's also a Duel version as well.

We usually go for Jaipur, Splendor Duel, Carcassonne or Wingspan.

Dice throne, it's a bit like battle yahtzee
Lost Ruins of Arnak works well with 2
Hanabi or Codenames Duet if you want something cooperative
Or you could try an Exit game or Unlock for puzzle solving
