Ds (8) favourite present was a £10 lava lamp. Loves it to bits. Doesn’t have anything he doesn’t like.

DD(10) loves everything she got, though I personally reckon the cookeez makery was a bit of a let down. The magic mixie was better

My son had a character toy that completed a set that he adores. His reaction almost made me cry, it was only that he caught sight of me and suddenly looked at me like I had 3 heads that made me laugh instead

3 girls 10, 9 and 5

Hits - tablets and phone (expected that)

Skincare for 9 year old

Shein clothes for 10 year old

Misses - I missed the mark on stocking fillers this year.

baby Annabelle bath - 5 year old thought could put real water in it and you can't.

I bought jewellery calendars reduced from Accessorize as stocking fillers (£50 down to £15) waste.

Hot water bottles - long furry ones - not interested.

Satin pillowcases (they're into skincare and hair) they like them but a waste.

9 year old didn't like the taste of her bubble tea.

No misses so far, but a 3d printed fidget dragon from etsy has been a surprise hit with both dds (age 10 and 12).

My teen DDs absolutely love their 3d printed creatures. I spotted them at a country fair in the summer. Big hit!!

GeneCity · 27/12/2023 16:25

Can someone link to a dragon please?

This is where I got mine... The quality is excellent, so tactile, fabulous colours and details and not at all fragile. My DD has hardly put it down since Monday and it was a complete punt so I'm delighted. 😁 https://turtlecreations.co.nz/
