Daz powder. Gets stains out, no smell, cheap. Does exact what it says it does with no frills or extra cost!

Aldi almat in the green box - amazing

Aldi non bio liquid. I tried lots of the more expensive ones. This one gets everything out at 30 degrees and smells nice too.

If you have access to a costco the Kirkland powder in a tub with blue lid is really good and lasts us around 9 months!

When you say “no smell”, do you mean it gets the smells out of the clothes or that it is fragrance-free?

I use the Morrison's own in a pink and white bottle. I don't know if it's the best but it does the job for me. Claims to do 32 washes but I've never counted. It's a biological type if that's significant.

Agree. Also it doesn't smell too strong, which is essential to me.

I use LIDL powders , green for whites and purple for colours. I then have an assortment of liquids for hand wash of black jeans. DDil lives with us and uses the Fairy capsules.

And by that I mean powder, one for colours and one for whites. And then Woolite, Nikwax or Halo where appropriate

The Lab co laundry strips. ideally sensitive. Love it, will never go back to using detergent

@CatOnTheLap I mean it doesn't smell - the washed clothes don't smell of anything, they just smell clean.

It does wash smells out too!

Lidl bio powder for whites.
Lidl non-bio liquid for colours.

Bold lavender gel. Clothes smell lovely even if they're sat in wardrobe for months

We just buy Tesco own brand. Smells nice, does the job and doesn't cost a fortune.

Smol, or random laundry strips. Personally I think that they’re all the same, so I go for whatever I need at the time, cheapest/eco/lightest to take on holiday/nicest smell/last left on the shelf. It’s all detergent, and it all going to work.

That’s good, that’s exactly what I’m looking for - DP doesn’t like the smell of any laundry detergent I’ve used so far. I’ll add that to my shopping list, thank you.

Bio powder, either Persil or Aldi. All these non-bio recommendations mean it's harder to remove stains. Bio contains enzymes, which work very well.

Surcare powder has no smell, Is non allergic and gets things clean.

Aldi Almat powder, both the whites version and colour version. Ecover Zero for delicates and woollens.

Aldi powder one hundred percent.

I use Daz powder. Unlike a PP, I think it does have a smell, it's just very mild, not over -powering, unlike a lot of laundry detergents.
