Interested to know about everything be it luxury or mundane
I was late to the game but now use my air fryer daily. I also love my earbuds.

Air fryer. Hand off, it's mine.

OldTinHat · 10/12/2023 10:17

My ninja, my Oodie and my teddy bear bedding are my 3 main can’t live without purchases this year

I get my nail wraps from Holy Grail. They’ve got a fab selection and delivery is quick too. If you spend X amount you get a free gift too. And they do refer a friend so if anyone would like that please shout! You get £3 credit and I get £6 but you’ll be able to refer people too 🙂

Well this thread has cost me £200!

🤣 They are great , I've only had mine a week but already wouldn't be without it

Bireadwhatiread · 10/12/2023 10:18

Electric fly zapper. I have lots of indoor houseplants and it's invaluable.

Ostryga · 10/12/2023 10:19

Cluster lashes. I’ve never been able to apply falsies and spent a fortune (and ruined my eyelashes) getting extensions for my sad tiny lashes. But these are easy peasy to apply and last ages.

MegBusset · 10/12/2023 10:20

New Balance trail running shoes. I have wonky gait and do a lot of walking, so chew through normal trainers at an astonishing rate, but these have Vibram soles and have been brilliant.

Velvetiser. Use it every day and love love love it.

A spare bed to escape to when Dh snores!

Ichangedmynameonce · 10/12/2023 10:21

nepthysrising · 10/12/2023 10:21

CinnamonJellyBeans · 10/12/2023 10:21

Eyelash serum. Short straight eyelashes are a thing of the past! I love my new fluttery lashes 🙂

Which one are you using please? Thanks in advance from a stumpy lashed lady...

LuckyCharmz · 10/12/2023 10:24

@Catsfrontbum i think I could do with some, very wayward eyebrows these days. Which one do you recommend please?

Wolfpa · 10/12/2023 10:26

A SADs lamp that wakes me up with a sunrise. It has done wonders for my health.

A very light carpet sweeper that picks up every bit, on hard floors too. It cost sod all, no electricity and no plugging heavy hoovers in! Unfortunately I bought it for a dd and been trying it out at home, but will have to pass it over soon.

Can you post a link or Pago to please?

Airfryer and a pump type hand lotion which I keep beside my armchair so use it all the time .

@sprigatito Interested in the herb scissors😁. I just use normal kitchen scissors for herbs and seems okay. What’s the advantage of herb scissors? Will get some if a game changer but don’t want yet another thing sitting around in kitchen drawers needlessly.

I use mines all the time. Much quicker than normal scissors and you end up more regular size ‘bits’.
i originally bought them fur chives but they handy fur all herbs really.

Darksideofthespoon · 10/12/2023 10:32

Bread machine and heated throw for the sofa

Violinist64 · 10/12/2023 10:35

A Bissel electric hard floor mop. We have a lot of hard floors here and it is a sizeable house. It works on all types of hard floors and saves a lot of hard work.

beetr00 · 10/12/2023 10:35

@MeinKraft is it this mop? 🙂

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0CNM68VN7/

I do hope so as I've just purchased 😂

Whatabouterry · 10/12/2023 10:35

A heated seat pad for my home office chair. Saves me putting the heating on during the days I WFH and it’s just so nice and warm to sit on.

TheGhostOfTheOpera · 10/12/2023 10:37

IcedPurple · 10/12/2023 09:38

Whole new Ikea kitchen with deep drawers instead of cupboards. So much more user friendly.

@IcedPurple That’s the plan for next year!! I’m really looking forward to it.

Air fryer Ninja arriving at Christmas. Seeing the number of people who say they can’t live with it now, it might well become the buy of the year 😁😁

For me, my best buy is a kuddly/oodie fir home and the oodie coat for outside.
Nit the best looking coat but as a wheelchair user, it doesn’t quite matter. On the other side, it’s warm, comfortable. I’m nit wearing any other coat now.

katepilar · 10/12/2023 10:38

Barefoot shoes.
The freedom for my feet and toes is great, so is impact on my back and overall posture.

TiredandLate · 10/12/2023 10:38

Last year was the air fryer and a 13.5 tog feather duvet because I'm always freezing.

This year is the Karcher window vac, an electric whisk thing which stirs sauces (amazon) and a cordless vac.

Putting all shampoos, shower gels etc into pump bottles. No more trails of leaking bottles in the shower when people leave the lids open.

I'm eyeing up heated blankets next..

MsFogi · 10/12/2023 10:40

TomeTome · 10/12/2023 00:05

Yumasia rice cooker. It’s brilliant and genuinely makes my life easier.

@TomeTome can you tell me which model you have?

hsapposhit · 10/12/2023 10:41

I bought a robot vacuum cleaner in the Black Friday sales. I love it and have no idea why I didn't get one before. (People told me they were crap and a pain in the arse). This one has been great so far. It doesn't get stuck anywhere, gets under the furniture easily and is no bother. Floors have never been as clean.
