Interested to know about everything be it luxury or mundane
I was late to the game but now use my air fryer daily. I also love my earbuds.

Decent boots.
After years of crappy boots that barely last twelve months I splashed out on some that are as good as the docs I had over twenty years ago. Waterproof, hard-wearing, comfortable. Just make me very happy.

Shark cordless hoover! I hoover so much more often now and the house feels a lot cleaner.

CAROLANNP · 11/12/2023 20:55

The cutest pastel Bra and Panty combo.

Trishthedish · 11/12/2023 20:56

Pure linen bedding. So soft and comfortable.
dyson hair dryer. Had never been able to blow dry my hair, but now it’s done in under ten minutes. Love it
also Jones Road Miracle Balm. Just fabulous.

Howbizzare22 · 11/12/2023 20:57

Henry hoover

GETTINGLIKEMYMOTHER · 11/12/2023 20:58

@cosypompoms , it’s the Bissell Sturdy Sweep. The handle needs assembling, but that’s it.

Dweetfidilove · 11/12/2023 20:59

Ninja Blender and Soup maker…

I don’t use it for soup or any cooking functions, but boy have I been blending …

Smoothies, juices, frozen desserts 😋😋

K18 hair mask, to repair damage to highlighted/ heat treated hair. Ludicrously expensive but has made a real difference

theduchessofspork · 11/12/2023 21:07

Hair Botox every 6 weeks

For my fine, curly, frizzy aka totally shit hair it really is worth it - smooths it and relaxes the curl so I look less like an ill kempt sheep

Apple Watch - the rings do work

Ladybird69 · 11/12/2023 21:09

@BarelyCoping123 could I have the details of the bookcases please 🙏

Cynderella · 11/12/2023 21:12

Looked up Signia. I'm guessing that they are not an NHS option - did you buy from Specsavers?

Cynderella · 11/12/2023 21:20

Same in our kitchen. We have a double walled stainless steel butter dish from Lakeland which keeps the butter just right in the summer. In the glass dish, it melts. In winter, the stainless dish works if the butter is spreadable to start with. If it's put in straight from the fridge, it stays cold because our kitchen is cold unless I'm cooking a lot.

In the winter, I cut a slice and microwave it on defrost in a small bowl until soft enough to spread, and then put it in the stainless butter dish. A faff, but we only have butter.

Yogachick · 11/12/2023 21:23

@sc0nes4t tell me more about Slimpod. At 58 I long to have a normal relationship with food😔

OkayScooby · 11/12/2023 21:23

Spider catcher with long reach.
I can now pick up a spider and put it outside. No stress.

Was invaluable for all the huge spiders that kept turning up this autumn.

ScruffGin · 11/12/2023 21:24

Bread maker, thought it would be a gimmick, but I use it probably daily!

SkaterGrrrrl · 11/12/2023 21:25

Heated clothes dryer from Lakeland

UniversalAunt · 11/12/2023 21:27

Ninja 9 in 1 oven.

Used several times a day every day: pressure cooking, grilling, baking, air fryer.

wellineverdidz · 11/12/2023 21:27

@Fortyisthenewblack

LED cover stickers.

I didn't know this was a thing. How did you find out it was a thing?

Where did you get them from?

Does it not cause inconvenience about knowing whether something is on/ or charging?

I'd like a stack of them for every hotel room I've ever been in!!

Yogachick · 11/12/2023 21:28

@wherestheweightlosspill its not just you with the airfryer. I have a fancy arse dual thingy Ninja. It’s OK, can be handy, like a slow cooker is handy. But friends rave how it’s changed their life and obviously it’s not just them, so many folk on Mumsnet, so I too am assuming it’s me and I must be doing something wrong.

Stuckinarut79 · 11/12/2023 21:29

Someone talk to me about why an Apple Watch is better than my Fitbit? Seems like a lot to pay for not much extra, am I missing something?

LouHey · 11/12/2023 21:29

My wool winder. I crochet and it's saved me hours of winding by hand this year. I'd replace it immediately if it broke.

Thisismynewname23 · 11/12/2023 21:30

I had to google cuyana… love it!

Yogachick · 11/12/2023 21:32

@Peacelily001 which mattress topper- cheap is attractive to me due the size of my shopping list from this thread. A link would be appreciated x

Cynderella · 11/12/2023 21:32

I bought a rice cooker for husband and teens who were unable to cook it in a pan. I now WFH, do most of the cooking and never use it. I much prefer rice out of a pan, and as you say, it's so quick and easy to cook.

RandomID · 11/12/2023 21:36

Vitamin B12 injections weekly.

A heated throw.

Both have revolutionised my day to day life.
