Interested to know about everything be it luxury or mundane
I was late to the game but now use my air fryer daily. I also love my earbuds.

Apple watch for the fitness motivation.

Also - a Meitagie 1 litre water bottle from Amazon - £11 and paid for itself many times this year as I don't buy bottled water anymore and having the bottle with me all day serves as a visual reminder to drink one or two litres a day, more than I used to. My skin is looking a lot clearer than before.

Air fryer. Sound bar and sub woofer for tv. Revlon one step. Spot washer for carpets.

We had a very narrow kitchen and it was a real pain for both me and DH to be in there cooking so he built an extension for a new kitchen/dining room.

I am almost 70 and DH is 67 and we both now have some problems bending and kneeling and just found it so awkward trying to get things out of the cupboards when they were at the back.

We decided to just have drawers and have a mix of deep ones and shallower ones. It's quite a long run so we don't need wall cupboards either.

Most kitchen companies now do units with deep drawers but we got ours from DIY Kitchens in Pontefract. It was much cheaper than Wren, Ikea and B&Q and we are very impressed with the quality.

Thank you very much for the info.

An electric blanket.

My thermomix and my airfrier are the best things ! My little foldable coffe table I also love. My sleep wireless headphones are definitely the best thing I bought !

Can you share the coffee table? I've been looking for a foldable one.

This has given me some great ideas for my Christmas list (for me!).
Am interested in the eyelash serum brand please. And the mop.
My best purchase is our cat. He makes our house a home and brings so much joy to the whole family. Worth every penny of his fancy food and vet bills 🥰

The serum is Revitalash 🙂

@ThreeRingCircus with the coverless duvets - do you have a Super KIng by any chance? I looked around a few months ago but couldn't find anything 🙏

Do you share your super king? Big game changer for me has been both of us having our own singles, much easier to wash and no duvet fights at night.

DejaVoodoo · 10/12/2023 20:09

Robot lawn mowers, front and back... amazing!
Espresso machine
Like a PP I have a hideous baby pink Oodie, fab!
Nordic track treadmill.
Bread machine.

And cheaper than anything else... foam ear plugs. Have saved my health, sanity and marriage.

A mini dishwasher which doesn't need to be plumbed in (tiny kitchen here!)

please could you post a link. My elderly mother is desperate for something like this.

Which one do you use?

Holland & Barrat own brand. Think it was £4 and has made a real difference. You need not to take calcium at the same to me though.

Maybelline superstay matte ink liquid lipstick. I've bought lipsticks that purport to stay on your lips so many times and have always been disappointed. I was looking to buy some lip stain a month or so ago and thought I'd give this a go while I was at it. It's transformed my lipstick life! I love red lipstick but rarely wear it because it looks bloody awful when it starts to come off and is half there and half not. This stays put, doesn't bleed and is far less drying than I thought it'd be. It is a bit dry but with a bit of my Inkey list Tripeptide plumping lip balm (my first I will never be without it buy of the year) I get more moisture and no loss of colour. It's made me so bloody happy to wear red lip that stays on for hours and hours.

Shortkiwi · 10/12/2023 20:33

-Ninja foodi max health grill and airfryer - hardly ever use our big oven any more.
-Had a heated throw for years- it’s fab and prevents me putting the heating on so much. Highly recommend!

Can people just put links to everything in their post to avoid this torturous back and forth?

wizzler · 10/12/2023 20:46

I bought a tiny flask from tk maxx. I use it for milk on the days I'm working in the office. Work provide tea bags but the milk they provide is UHT which can't bear, so my teeny tiny flask has made life much more bearable

How old are you?

cosypompoms · 10/12/2023 20:50

@Strawberrypicnic no I haven't. Thanks for the tip I will have a look now.

A heated throw. My initial purchase was so successful that I’ve bought two more- two in the sitting room and one in my home office. They cost pennies to run and keep you feeling warm and snug even when the heating goes off! I wouldn’t be without them!

Newbie1011 · 10/12/2023 21:01

Love this thread! Definitely Erborian CC dull
correct cream for me. Never thought I’d give up foundation but it’s a game changer!

In what way? Only as I've just started it!

I've been taking it since March and my hair is thicker and longer than it has been for years, and I have tons more energy. The biggest difference though is that my knees feel 10 years younger and the joint pain I would sometimes get has completely gone. I am mid 40s and it really has changed my life :)

121gigawatts · 10/12/2023 21:07

Dehumidifier with air purifier and clothes drying function. Clothes dry so much quicker, house is warmer and it's cheap to run!
