Interested to know about everything be it luxury or mundane
I was late to the game but now use my air fryer daily. I also love my earbuds.

Yumasia rice cooker. It’s brilliant and genuinely makes my life easier.

must admit have never understood rice cookers (tho admittedly have never done indepth research) - what's the advantage over just using a pan on top of the stove? Most rice doesn't take long.

Thanks @NannyGythaOgg - that's such a helpful post!

Thank you @HMP70 😊

A mini dishwasher which doesn't need to be plumbed in (tiny kitchen here!)

Hi coffee, this is brilliant. Pl can you send a link to the model you use if possible? Many thanks!

I'm curious about this as well.
Presumably you still have to rinse the rice as thoroughly as you would if using a saucepan.
Using a saucepan and 2 cups of water for one cup of rice is very simple.
Does it actually taste better from a rice cooker?

3D printer. Love it! We play a lot of role player games and tabletop games and it’s amazing for making custom scenery.

Icepinkeskimo · 10/12/2023 15:33

My Dreamland velvet warming throw, beautiful quality and warmth. So much so that I splashed out and got another one for the bed.
Bamix Immersion blender worth every single penny.

Kenwood multichef thing. Can't imagine why I didn't get one 20 years ago.

Also, a bathroom cabinet with sensor and underlight. This was an accidental discovery (I wanted the cabinet, not the light particularly) but now, no more blundering around or blinding myself when I go for a wee at night.

Ooh! I think I need this. Which one do you have?
As to the Karcher window Vac - I've got one I hardly ever use. But a bowl of hot water, a lightweight window scraper and a scrim cloth works brilliantly.

ace249 · 10/12/2023 15:36

for those of you with coverless
duvets, where do you get them from? I know M&S did them, but the choice
seems a bit limited

Heloo · 10/12/2023 15:36

@Needcoffeeimmediatley apologies, I see you posted the link! Cheers :-)

WineIsAFruitRight · 10/12/2023 15:38

@Cherrysoup thank you! That's my dogs Xmas pressie sorted!

qotsa · 10/12/2023 15:40

@NannyGythaOgg oooo. Do you have a link to the ones you buy please?

TooOldForThisNonsense · 10/12/2023 15:40

Fancy coffee machine

A Ninja mini food processor. Small enough to live on the worktop so no need to haul a full-size one from the back of the cupboard. It is so ridiculously powerful. Can literally make breadcrumbs, hummus, chop nuts etc in seconds.

Interested in this @lurkingfromhome , also have limited worktop space (recently got air fryer and it's stayed out on top so far...)

Do you know which model you got?

Knickerbockerglories · 10/12/2023 15:49

Which ones do you recommend? You’ve convinced me!!!

Tiny little thing but
Vinyl Nail Wraps. Nail varnish never lasts on my nails, not even a day. I hate gels and other similar. They make my nails feel clunky and uncomfortable and I can't resist chewing them off when they start to chip.
Vinyls are around £1 a set. Look just like well applied varnish and last for at least a week. I love them. I still don't wear them all the time but they take about 10 minutes to do (after practicing a few times) and stay looking fabulous - and when I eventually peel them off, there is no nail damage

Sorry, didn’t manage to tag the right post…

Elephanttrunk · 10/12/2023 15:56

Thank you all, lots of things added to my personal and house wishlist

Dyson Air Wrap! It's amazing. But if you want it for curls, you might be disappointed. I love it because it makes my frizzy, messy hair sleek in no time at all.

Also a wool duvet from Devon Duvets.

Thrilled to see so many people mentioning their dehumidifiers – waiting for mine to be dispatched.

Ooh which one is it? Desperate for one!!

Softwintersun · 10/12/2023 16:00

Weleda Rosemary Revitalising Hair Tonic...cured my dandruff and hair is definitely thicker and fuller!

OnlyOpenMouthToChangeFeet · 10/12/2023 16:01

No rinse shower caps. They wash and condition your hair, without needing to use a bath or shower.

I'm disabled and bed bound, and they've been a complete revelation! Can't bear my hair feeling grotty, and there's not always enough time for my carer to do it. Plus it creates a hell of a lot less mess!
