Extra strong foot file/sander needed!

I'm considering buying a DIY sander for DH's heels. He uses heel cream, but they are still like leather. Does anyone know of an electric file type thing that works?

How are people’s feet getting like this!?!?

Mine aren't getting like anything because I look after them! I deal with the hard skin little and often, I use special foot cream on them after, and they look and feel good because of the care.

However, I see some people's feet in the summere often on an escalator in front of me and think urghhhhh. Everyone can get hard skin but you need to look after your feet as much as you would your hands, and people just neglect them!

I've never had a podiatrist, I just do it myself....

Please get your blood sugar checked as this is sometimes a sign of prediabetes. I use urea based foot creams and a foot file after a soak in the bath. Feet are fine.

The Foot sock is really good and similar products are very good. Put on and put your feet up for half an hour and then wash off. Over the next couple of weeks the dead skin will peel/drop off - sounds gross but is very effective.

Ahh makes sense. I don’t do anything and have a manual job on my feet all day. Perhaps they scour themselves that way 🤣
