What to do with halloumi?

We've bought some halloumi on the shop to try - what's nice to do with it please?

Goats cheese is rank. Give me halloumi any day!

I like halloumi with roast chick peas and roast veg!

Buy a Mediterranean veg tray bake from aldi

Roast for about 20 mins after adding extra chopped onions about 2 cupfuls

Add a jar of red pesto , mix well, then place chunks of halloumi on top and roast for about another 10-15 mins

It comes out bubbling and lovely

Serve with boiled rice curry style, or mix cooked pasta into it

DD fries hers but then she doesn't have to worry about what she eats and is growing.

Or just fried in slices and served with couscous with lemon juice, cherry toms, parsley, spring onions
