Alternatively, you were in the late stages of labour and he felt a bit tired and you didn't make hm a cup of tea. (A nurse sorted him out with tea and a biscuit but he didn't like her because her eyebrows were untidy.)

Ha! You have my sympathies. Mine is currently recovering from surgery but is now able to do a few bits round the house. His mum said it was nice he was helping me out 😂He did correct her.

He had to put the bins out himself or that you hadn't made his barbers appointment for him, made him a packed lunch and tied up his laces. I bet that you also failed to polish his shoes for him.
