How much do you care about your appearance?

Like do you have a skincare routine? Pluck your eyebrows? Style your hair?

I think I’m medium. Sometimes I don’t bother doing anything with my hair and I’ll go weeks without doing my eyebrows. My nails are clean and short - whereas my friend gets hers done every 2 weeks.

I care a lot. I have a natural look, I eat clean, don’t drink alcohol, exercise every day and use daily supplements. I have a dedicated skincare routine. I pluck my eyebrows and wear minimal makeup when I go to the office. Hair cut twice a year. Colour every 3 months for greys. Never had a manicure. Exercise, sleep and diet make the biggest difference to how I look and feel, that’s where I see the biggest difference post-45.

Could not care less how I look!
I wash every day and wear clean clothes. Not worn make up for many many years, and never been into getting eyebrows or nails done. I have short hair that I get cut every 6 weeks.
I’m 50, and have chronic pain due to Fibromyalgia. Not got the energy or inclination to be faffing about my appearance.

I'm quite invested now I'm in my 50's, I was in my 20's and 30's but dropped off a bit in my 40's
I've realised if I don't start properly now I never will so I pluck my eyebrows, and the bloody whiskers that pop up at an alarming rate 😭, eat as healthily as I can, get as much sleep as is possible, do face masks and also face yoga as my face is slowly heading south. I'm already seeing a bit of a difference.
For make up I just shape my eyebrows with eyebrow powder and use mascara and a bit of eyeshadow. Maybe a tiny bit of lip liner rubbed into my lips every now and again.
I'm also hoping to start walking more to keep fit as I used to walk miles when younger.
