Vegetarian chinese order

If you're a vegetarian, what do you order when you get a Chinese takeaway? I used to love Chinese but not eaten it much since turning vegetarian 8 years ago. I miss it though but never sure what to order so I'm looking for some inspiration as we are going to get a takeaway tonight

The menu hasn't changed in the 20 years I've lived around here (seriously!). It hasn't kept up with the times and I doubt the old couple who own it will change now. They don't do salt and pepper anything!

Maybe when the son takes over...

I'm going to sound very picky here but most of the tofu I've eaten has not been great to say the least and that includes the supermarket ones. I did once have some I loved in a Thai restaurant a few years ago, I asked them what brand they used and learned that they actually made their own.

Since then I've been making my own (not hard but takes time) and the difference is amazing. I now know that I do like tofu - at least good tofu!
