Suella Braverman is a danger to the UK and needs to go.

TooBigForMyBoots · 09/11/2023 11:04

I thought Suella peaked me with her "lets take tents off homeless people as winter is coming" shite. But her performative cruelty is no longer a surprise.

She has surpassed herself in the last 24 hours and become actively dangerous to police and public with her remarks about protests. She is our Home Secretary. Her job is to keep us safe.

So why the fuck has she done the complete opposite with goady, childish statements about police and protesters?Shock

The thread I posted this on seems to have disappeared but just to remind everyone about the woman who says that multiculturalism has failed:

Her father was a Christian Goan Indian in Kenya.
Her mother was a Hindu Tamil Indian in Mauritius.
Her husband is a Jewish Zionist.
She professes to be Budhist.
She's said “I love Jewish culture and I have very much loved learning and embracing the Jewish way of life, and our children being raised with a very strong connection to it.”
She's named after an American TV character.
She lived and studied in France (under the Erasmus scheme).

She is multiculturalism personified. And a failure.

82 arrests around the Cenotaph involving far right protestors.

Slow clap Suella

Is it me or has Braverman ensured that the pro Palestine, pro peace, pro humantiy demonstration tripled in size compared to last weekend as a result of her intevention?

travelnorth · 11/11/2023 16:16

@SoMuchSimpler so beautiful but when Hamas attack they do not distinguish between a liberal Jew or a Zionist. As the people in the peace on October 7th festival found out.

Well you obviously focused on Zionism and Jewishness there, but anyone normal would have understood that I was making a point about her criticism of 'multiculturalism' when she's about as 'multicultural' as it's possible to be.

But I'm happy to discuss your post. Tell me, do Israeli bombs, rockets, missiles and artillery shells distinguish between women, children, old people, reasonable Palestinians, Christian Palestinians, foreign doctors and aid workers, and Hamas militants?

The people killed and kidnapped by the disgusting Hamas action on October 7th are a drop in the ocean compared to the innocent Palestinians killed by Israelis over the last 100 years. In fact they unfortunately almost pale into insignificance against the entirely innocent Palestinians killed by the Israelis over the last 5 weeks.

Perhaps if they didn’t vote for and support murderous Hammas they would t be in this situation in the first place.
Funny how so many furious bien pensant posters pride themselves on progressive views yet never call out other countries wrong doings. The blatant and racist anti Semitism is never far from the surface.

Perhaps if we didn't vote for fuckwiits lime Braverman, we wouldn't have seen the disgusting behaviour of fascists on the streets of London today. She called them, they came.

She needs to go!Angry

Only 20% of the current Gaza population were old enough to vote for Hamas at the last election.

Turnout was 75% - so only 15% of the current population voted.

55% of the people who voted, voted against Hamas.

So about 7% (c150,000) of the current Gaza population voted for Hamas, but Israel is punishing the entire 2,100,000 population for Hamas' actions. Indiscriminately attacking a population mostly comprised of women and children.

And I'm Jewish, father was in the IDF, grandfather was in the Haganah and was killed fighting the British and the Palestinians. So FO with your 'anti Semitism' jibes.

Human beings are human beings. Children are children.

Well there we go, 300,000 peaceful marchers, a dozen arrested..
'a couple of hundred' right wing counter groups marching, 90 arrested some with weapons.
Yet Suella called the first a 'mob' full of hate, and stuck up for the latter in her piece... the woman was talking out of her arse, as we deduced.

And it shames our country.

And one of those dozen was a woman carrying a sign which compared Bibi to Hitler.

Next to Hitler, it said: 'Slaughter over' and next to the Star of David, it said: 'Slaughter ongoing.'

Clearly they'd have arrested Albert Einstein as well.

Herut, which Einstein branded as 'Nazi' and 'Fascist' eventually merged with the slightly less right-wing Likud (currently in power in Israel) and now has the ultra-right Netanyahu as its leader.

Today thousands of blokes descended on Westminster to "defend" the Cenotaph.

I think SB actually WANTS Sunak to sack her. Then she can challenge him for leadership of the Tory Party. Well some would say she is exactly what many Tory voters want along with many MPs also.

Sunak is right to put up with her for now.

How can one have a Minister, a senior one at that who ignores the law, and goes against government policy?

Today's policing operation is now drawing to a close.

Officers worked tirelessly to keep London safe, making at least 126 arrests in the face of significant violence. Sadly, nine officers were injured.

Assistant Commissioner Matt Twist's statement gives an overview of events.

Another poster has provided figures. Also, Hamas seized power, by murdering their opposition, when it looked as though they'd be out. They're a tyrannous dictatorship, which bumps off any dissenters.

Suella has a Jewish husband. I wonder how much of the Suella-hatred is actually linked to that fact 🤔

Regarding 'Suella-hatred'.
I think Suella Braverman's hatred for various groups (immigrants, the homeless, anyone who wants a ceasefire in Gaza, or anyone with political beliefs to the left of Mussolini) is because she's an appalling bigot.
Don't think it's related to her choice of husband.

questionablemotives1 · 12/11/2023 20:07

As Suella herself is the daughter of immigrants to the UK, I'm 100% confident she doesn't hate immigrants. Let's not conflate your opinion with facts.

Dymaxion · 12/11/2023 20:14

I very much doubt she does, what she says for her own political ends and what she personally believes, could well be poles apart ? Which smacks of a lack of integrity ? Maybe this is to be expected of the political class ?

That's just nonsense. Have you listened to anything she has said at all?
