I live in Durham.

So glad to hear there might be progress with the buses! It has caused so much disruption for lots of people.

Is it snowing up in the hills there? It is in Whitley Bay, since before 7 - I've never seen my daughter leap out of bed before 7:30 for a look!

Nothing in the Deerness Valley

A tasteful dusting in Durham city.

It's mostly melted round ours, we're only 100m away from the beach. There's about a cm by my daughter's school, it's about a third of a mile inland.

Been told by DP’s that we had a light dusting about 8 ish. But I was already at work so missed it, such a shame not

It's definitely trying tonight but it's currently more sleety here and looks absolutely lethal out there. I can imagine our recycling bins not being emptied, in the morning because they've frozen shut!

My bins are frozen shut. I was going to go food shopping, now staying home until gets a bit warmer.

That’s funny 😁. Especially as it was never correct. There were always more buses didn’t turn up.
I do love the App but it is beyond annoying when you are tracking a bus and it just bloody disappears!

Bus forum. As well as pure enthusiasts, includes drivers and a couple of managers for various companies.

Weardale travel just put a status up. Thanking everyone for travelling with them and being late etc. I think they have been fantastic.

There's a rumour of free travel, next week, to lure passengers back.

I'm hoping the 64s can get back to some semblance of reliability. They've been awful. Well, more awful than usual.
