What’s happen at yours this morning?

DH got up before me to feed the cats as I unusually slept past 6am. I love my quiet mornings.

Now we’re having tea (me) and coffee (him) on the sofa. He’s reading about electric cars as we’re trying to decide what to get.

We’ll have breakfast soon and then go for a walk in the woods near home. It’s to be 27° today here so we want to get out early.

Later today I am working on decluttering my wardrobe. Shamefully I’ve got 6 bin bags already for recycling. Then we will make food for today and batch cook for Monday to Wednesday.

Dinner will be meatballs cacio e pepe.

We're off to visit our eldest at uni and meet his girlfriend! Going to take them for lunch. Youngest usually thinks sleep is for the weak however has picked now to sleep through for the 1st time ever and is still curled up snoring!

Dh is in the shower. Middle 2 are at my mums probably still asleep. I'm going to nudge baby and sort his breakfast so we can get a wriggle on.

Will be batch cooking when get home for the week and doing general tidy up so house doesn't resemble the aftermath of the dresden bombing before Friday rolls around and I'm off again. If there's time I might do some more crochet - I'm making a blanket for an Xmas prezzie for my mum.

On early shift. Got out of shower and heard my alarm go (4.30 am). Then unfortunately dozed a bit so now around 5pm. Had to dash to fridge to pick up cheeses as after work going to book club. Painted on a nice deep red lippie to hopefully wake myself up.

Left house a bit late but luckily in time for work.

Remind me to murder my flat mate who had his music blaring Saturday night until - well I left at 5.30 yesterday (early shift then as well), and it was still going strong, so got no sleep

Was up at 5.45 and have been trying to rouse my dog.
Just about to shower and leave for work.
Should be home by about 6 this evening and DH should have started the dinner.
Hopefully the painting will be finished and we can start getting the bedroom and bathroom back together

DH has got up with the children (1/3) at 7 chaos is ensuing downstairs I'm browsing mumsnet in bed!

I'm waiting for a furniture delivery.
Kids and DH snoring upstairs.
Dog keeps looking at me weirdly as I'm sitting on her sofa as it's nearest the window.

We were up at 6.45 because the dog needed to go out. DH is sorting the laundry, DD is practicing her times tables, ddog is napping, the cats are out and I am back in bed with a coffee, browsing mn and organising the next online food shop. In a little while we'll head off to junior park run and then we'll go for a walk somewhere.

Was woken early by one of my dogs puking! Lovely start to Sunday, lol. Cleaned it up and was going to take the dogs out but they went back to their beds looking at me like I am crazy, lol. So I’m back in bed with a purring cat and my iPad. Partner got up and is doing some work on his computer. So it’s all peaceful again.

Dh woke me up at 6am going to the toilet. He's now back to sleep- I'm awake, got out of bed 1/2 hour ago after doom scrolling for an hour. But a wash on, tidied kitchen and now having a cup of tea with dog on lap and watching teen mom uk whilst dh and dd(10) sleep.

Then a morning of more tidying and sorting as off on holiday soon, sort car for MOT tomorrow and out for lunch later.

I'm having a rare lie in, with the dogs snoozing on the bed beside me. I'm scratching my head about why I offered to cook for the family later (all 14 of them) though it's a fairly lazy late sunday lunch of roasted gammon and macaroni cheese. Will get up soon and take the dogs for a long walk. I'm learning slowly to enjoy sundays again....it used to be the day I spent with my Dad but he died earlier this year and it's taking me a while to not feel anxious and out of sorts at the weekends. Hence busying myself with cooking.

I was awake around 3am as there was a rave in the woods near me and it was loud! Going to have breakfast and take the dog out, everyone else still asleep.

All up and fed, washing on. Cats gone back to bed for the day after having me up at 5am. I may poke them both every half an hour!!

Food shopping due in an hour and then I'm going to make my contribution for a family picnic (chicken wings and potato salad) before we head out to one of the big parks for a family picnic in honour of my littlest nephew's birthday. There'll be about 30 of us 😝we're all bringing a dish or two

DH turn to be up with the kids this morning whilst I lye in bed and scroll mumsnet. Writing this has made me feel guilty now..
DH will be getting on with DIY later today whilst I keep kids occupied and batch cook for the week.

I’m up with the kids. Dd having porridge then we’ll go to junior park run. Ds has a football match this morning. Later dp and I will pick up some new drawers and my mum’s coming for tea. Not a very exciting day!

Hungover-ly trying to throw together a fry up to go back to bed with. I've set aside until 10am to feel sorry for myself. After 10 normal Sunday duties shall commence.

Just about to start hoovering, put last night's wash on the line, and finish the ironing.

DS has his df coming over, so I'll wake ds up about 9.15, then I'll spend the day gardening. Enjoy the sun while it lasts.

Having a tea with a cat and dog draped over me - DH is pottering, DC still asleep. When they get up we’re off for a new walk, it’s a good 3 hours and the dog will be in heaven as he loves it so much when we’re all there! Then homework, washing, cook a roast. Life’s been busy recently so a lovely chilled day

Seizing the last few seconds in bed before I have to get up and started. Son and grandson are away so I have the house to myself. Popping to a swap meet this morning, then cracking on with replacing hinges on built in wardrobes and painting the doors, got a landing carpet to lay, and need to replace the hinges on a kitchen cabinet. If I have any time( or inclination) left after that I might put the dining table back together. I took it down so I could revarnish the dining room floor. I'm eyes deep in minor renovations before house goes on the market !

Having a slow start … I think kids are awake but reading in bed, DH still snoring beside me
My plan is to tidy the house, clean out the fridge and maybe sort through a couple of clothes drawers or my wardrobe - but I’m not feeling particularly enthusiastic.
The kids want to get started with Halloweenyfying the lounge and their bedrooms but I’ve insisted their rooms are tidied first - so I predict nothing will actually be achieved.

DS1 is up, he’s always an early riser. DSD, DSS and DS2 are all still in bed. DP has just gone down to make us coffee which he’ll bring back up to bed.

After coffee he’ll walk the dog and I’ll drop DS1 at his football match. We’ve got bacon and mushroom pesto pasta for lunch and then we’ll take the kids to their other parents.

Jacket potatoes for dinner and probably catch up on celebrity master chef after

Husband got up and fed the cats.
Bed tea and phone scrolling now while we think about where we'll walk today.
I need to put some washing on when I drag myself out.

I've just put on a shoulder of lamb to slow cook. I'm prepping veg and having a cup of tea. My son is eating pancakes playing with his ipad my husband is watching TV having a cup of tea. It's all very chilled.
