Any one any nice soup recipes they'd like to share? I've just made bacon, lentil and carrot and it's truly yum. I love the handiness of one pot meals so keen to add more ingredients to my Tesco online shop 😀

Chicken, leek and apple soup. Add apple juice, apple cider vinegar and towards the end cream and a shot of Calvados. Super yummy.

@GrumpyPanda sounds very similar to my nans recipe, but she used to add a very 'large glug' of homemade apple brandy.
