One hymn would be and can it be by Charles Wesley but you do need a full church for that. Memories from cats as incidental music either at the beginning or end.

In Christ Alone. My favourite hymn. Had it at my Baptism and at my wedding too.

'No guilt in life, no fear in death.
This is the power of Christ in me.
From life's first cry to final breath.
Jesus commands my destiny.
No power of hell, no scheme of man,
can ever pluck me from from his hand. Till he returns or calls me home,
Here in the power of Christ I stand."

It gets me every time

Most of my family are church musicians so I don't want to "taint" things they often have to perform with memories of me so I'd probably go for Dido's Lament by Purcell, the Gigue from Bach's 5th French Suite and So Long farewell from the Sound of music.
