It's the first one I've seen that I've really liked but I'm not sure about it! Is it too "nursery" for a living room? It'd just be on one wall with the rest painted.

Woodland Dreams Wallpaper in Earthy Tones

Woodland creatures live in harmony among vibrant forest glades on this magical woodland animal wallpaper. You’ll see their eyes light up when you hang this wholesome print in your child’s nursery or bedroom, which features animals in bold c...

It’s pretty but a bit Narnia after the departure of the witch. Is that what you want?

It'd be good in a 'Narnia' room! (A while ago there was a thread by someone who had a 'secret Narnia' room off their child's bedroom )

Something like this is a bit more Living Room imo

I've seen a few like that but they're just too dark for me.

No chance of a secret room in this flat unfortunately 🤣🤣

I've ordered a sample so will report back when it arrives. I really like it but I do like quirky wallpaper 🤣

I have this in my bathroom which I love https://www.worldofwallpaper.com/theme/children-s-wallpaper/over-the-rainbow-under-the-sea-wallpaper-light-teal-holden-90941.html?gclid=Cj0KCQjwpc-oBhCGARIsAH6ote9S47YdDpGspoifiSWD1x6Vw72CT6z2uEpkPfq9y6gagTpVrX6M-OkaAmaAEALw_wcB

I think that's great for a bathroom!Grin

I love your bathroom wallpaper. I can see why you'd want to rip off the dark grey design! Awful. As I said upthread, even if some people consider it to be "nursery", it's your choice and I think it's charming. It's not Winnie the Pooh or Peppa Pig, so I'm sure it'll be fine!

QuestionableMouse · 27/09/2023 17:42

This is what I have on now and it's just so drab and depressing ☹️

(ignore the miss matched furniture - the brown chair is getting recovered)

Hi @QuestionableMouse If you like Scandi style papers I can recommend this company Borastapeter they do similar designs but slightly more living roomy.

I have this one in my downstairs bathroom and they're beautiful in real life.

Oh dear. The grey is so dreadful, isn't it, I could not live with that, I'd have ripped it off already! Anything would be an improvement, and your choice of wallpaper would fit the bill. As I said upthread, though - all walls, not just one.

Maireas · 27/09/2023 17:52

@SollaSollew - Dahlia Garden is nice. Some of the others are a bit dark for my taste, though..

Nooo.... wallpaper on all walls is usually too much.

I disagree - I think one wall looks unbalanced. Either all or none! (Or certainly none at all if it's grey!)

TooningOut · 27/09/2023 18:04

Not for a nursery or a sitting room. It's too wintery.

QuestionableMouse · 28/09/2023 01:37

It'll only be one wall because I prefer how it looks!

I still love it so when I get paid I'm going for it. 😁😁😁

Your cat is beautiful. Go for it it will be uplifting and if you like it who cares what anyone else thinks. I have to decorate as have all white walls but waited a bit to see what I wanted so will do it next spring as new apartment.
