It's the first one I've seen that I've really liked but I'm not sure about it! Is it too "nursery" for a living room? It'd just be on one wall with the rest painted.

I have a woodland theme in my living room and I love it!

Is that actually 3d or clever design? It's beautiful.

Op I think you need something with a larger print or stronger colour to not be nursery. However if I walked into a beautifully decorated room with that paper on one wall it wouldn't scream nursery because in context people will see it differently

Colourfulponderings · 27/09/2023 09:25

I looked at this for the nursery. It’s lovely, but not lounge for me.

commonground · 27/09/2023 09:28

It's sweet, but one of the foxes looks a bit dead and the reindeer looks like it has poo coming out of its bottom.

Now I've pointed that out, imagine living with it everyday.

Clever design, it's really beautiful

I think it's gorgeous and not too nursery.
It is wintery but that all comes down to whether or not that would bother you.
It would bother me but I'm the weirdo with neutral walls and 5 different sets of curtains/cushions/decorations for each season (plus christmas) I appreciate I'm probably in the minority with this.

Kitkatandcoffee · 27/09/2023 09:54

My first thought was is someone decorating just for Christmas then read that it was for the living room. It’s too wintry and cold for my living room in summer but it’s your living room if you love it go for it.

Ladyoftheknight · 27/09/2023 09:56

I think it's too nursery style for me.

Some similar:
John lewis animals
woodland
twiggy

FoodFann · 27/09/2023 09:59

Looks like a children’s room

Lockthedoorbehindyou · 27/09/2023 10:00

Why is it wintery? The trees have leaves on them.

I think it's really pretty, but for a child's room - as in the photos.

belgiumchocolates · 27/09/2023 10:09

I really like it but my first impression was nursery.

ChardonnaysBeastlyCat · 27/09/2023 10:15

Sorry, nursery/children’s room for me as well, as lovely as it is.

QuestionableMouse · 27/09/2023 10:20

Thanks for the input!

My living room is south facing and had a massive window so I'm not worried about it being too wintery (not that I think it is)

It would be replacing dark grey tree patterned paper that came with the flat which I hate!

Ladyj84 · 27/09/2023 10:28

Sorry I only see it in a child's room and even then it's wintery lol

Dita73 · 27/09/2023 10:44

No no no no no no NO!!!!!!

borntobequiet · 27/09/2023 10:54

It’s pretty but a bit Narnia after the departure of the witch. Is that what you want?

RudsyFarmer · 27/09/2023 10:56

Don’t mind it at all.

StarlightGin · 27/09/2023 10:56

I don't mind the wintry aspect but it's very much a child's room wallpaper.

Lonelycrab · 27/09/2023 10:56

Not a fan myself.

Janieforever · 27/09/2023 10:57

Even the photo and the description says for a child’s room. For me it screams nursery or young child which is that it is designed for.

“Woodland creatures live in harmony among vibrant forest glades on this magical woodland animal wallpaper. You’ll see their eyes light up when you hang this wholesome print in your child’s nursery or bedroom, which features animals in bold colours that stand out and are instantly recognisable even to small infants. Perfect for small children learning about the animal kingdom! From leaping grey bunny rabbits to sneaky orange foxes meandering through the trees, this tranquil woodland scene wallpaper will bring a burst of natural joy to any bedroom.”

Snoken · 27/09/2023 11:08

It is very wintery for me too. Not UK winter either, but snowy Scandinavian winter. It feels themed and I can't picture myself being OK with it in the middle of the summer unless it's in the room of a small child.

goldennavy · 27/09/2023 11:30

I think it's beautiful. Follow your heart and have courage in your choice.
If it makes you happy that's all that matters.

whatwasIgoingtosay · 27/09/2023 12:39

Why not? It's lovely!

HungerlosMcMungerlos · 27/09/2023 13:34

I appreciate you asked for opinions, so that's what people gave, but really, if you like it you should go for it! It's unlikely that any of these people will ever be in your home, and even if they are, who cares if they don't like your wallpaper?

If you like it. Do it 😁

PinkBuffalo · 27/09/2023 14:01

I love it OP and if you do as well then go for it 🙂
I have a rainbow 🌈 bedroom and I love it (I am probably much old for it but I love it anyway!)
