This is a man who hates women

This man's behaviour is shocking. The rage and hatred he directs at this woman is nothing to do with driving. He must be boiling over with hatred for women to react like this to anything.
Imagine seeing this video and recognising he is actually your husband/son/dad who had just nipped out to the supermarket when he was caught doing this.
He is such a piece of shit. He should be locked up. I really hope he is caught, named and shamed, loses his jib and his marriage (if he has one). I would never speak to DH again if I recognised him in something like this.

I saw an incident in Brighton on Saturday. Parking spaces were limited on the front, it was busy. A car was parking up, and another car was trying to get past rather than waiting. The impatient driver went ballistic and stormed out of his car and was ranting at the other driver (a guy who looked terrified), telling him he was going to mash him, he was going to kill him - over and over. He eventually drove off, the other guy looked so shaken. It was scary, the level of hatred and violence.

Good on the motorist who intervened. That must have been terrifying.

I suspect that guy, dripping venom, is angry at the world in general but sees women as a soft target to vent his spleen. His face is like a snarling dog. Except a dog has better teeth.

He should be charged with threatening behaviour. We need to go back to clamping down on these incidents, show men that it's just acceptable. No need for prison just a community order and a mark on his record.

I have really really strong fight rather than flight and have had a few like this where I have exploded back. And while I know it won’t always go like this they usually just switch modes and fuck off really quickly which makes it worse. It’s mostly like some kind of performative bullying that they don’t want to be called on. Then there are the next level twats who go for anyone - non of it should be tolerated. Their assurance that it’s safe for them to do this is horrid.

I cycle to work and I was talking to my husband last night about how many times men, and it’s always men, shout abuse at me when I’m cycling. Once because I wasn’t cycling in the gutter so they had to wait a few seconds before they could pass. Yesterday a male cyclist shouted abuse at me and caught me up to carry on shouting abuse for some perceived wrong that I had done. When I wear shorts on my bike I get leering men shouting comments so no longer wear shorts. So it’s pervs or angry men depending on what I’m wearing. My husband cycles to work and he doesn’t get men shouting abuse at him. Funny that.

Absolutely horrific!

Having said that, I encountered a similar level of rage from a perfectly-normal-looking woman this weekend, in a supermarket, aimed at me and my kids. It was astonishing - I eventually realised she had a lot of pent-up rage at a section of society that she thought I represented and couldn't be reasoned with. Some people are literally delusional.

People who get this angry about driving should be stripped of their licenses. They have no place on the road if they can’t control themselves. What a piece of shit.

Absolutely horrifying for that poor woman; thank god she had the wherewithal to get her phone out and record him. The article says the woman's daughter has reported it twice to the Police and just had a standard email response and that she (the daughter) has posted an appeal on Facebook to try and find out who the man is and to thank the people who helped her mum, but I've tried looking for the Facebook post but can't find it. Someone has to know him; the video and pictures are very clear.
