Feel like I’m permanently hungry at the moment! Maybe it’s the shift in weather
Haven’t had breakfast yet but I’m having yoghurt, berries and honey. Then i’ve got spicy butternut squash soup for lunch and not sure about dinner.
What’s on your menu for the day?

I've been feeling more hungry than usual this past week and I was thinking it was down to chillier temperatures too

Today will be:

Breakfast - overnight oats with soya milk, dates and seeds
Lunch - leftover dahl and wholemeal pitta
Snack - 2 satsumas and an apple
Dinner - quinoa bowl with peppers, tomato, chillies, sweetcorn, black beans and avocado

2 litres of water plus 1-2 cups of tea

I've had 3 coffees, a clementine and a handful of blueberries so far. In a minute I'm going to have a fried egg on wholemeal sourdough.

I've got some leftover keema curry and brown rice which I'll have with some raita for lunch.

Not sure about dinner yet. There is a cauliflower in the fridge so I'm thinking a cauliflower and macaroni cheese maybe...

Breakfast: mcdonald's sausage muffin meal
Lunch: pret baguette & chips
Dinner: spag bol & salad

I feel hungry all the time too at the moment, I need to step away from the tea and biscuits.

B-Greek yogurt, hot apple and blackberry and a bit of homemade granola
L- left over stew from last night
D- steak, chips and salad

I just need to stop snacking!!!

It’s weird though, because even though it’s much cooler than it has been and we’ve had so much rainfall, I haven’t felt cold yet!
We had beef stew with dumplings, mash and cabbage last night, was hoping there would be leftovers for lunch today but it all went last night 😂

I’m making a lot of meatballs this morning I’m having some in a ciabatta roll and making a meat ball sub for lunch. Tonight I’m making a tomato sauce with lots of veg in and chucking the meatballs in and having that with rice. I’m having yogurt and fruit for breakfast.

This week

Spicy lentil soup with a roast chicken leg and salad of leaves, tomatoes and some couscous with some sourdough bread followed by strawberries and sour cream.

Pork egg fried rice with stir friend vegetables and a mushroom and bean sprout soup

Crispy chilli beef with veg and noodles.

I am retired now so plenty of time to cook.

@bopbey i did wonder if you were going to 2 different places to assemble your lunch 😂
I’m in the office tomorrow and there’s a pret at the station, often pick myself up a cheese and pickle baguette - it’s my favourite one 😋

@CharSiu sounds lovely and a really productive use of your time. I hate cooking, I never do it!!! I love eating though…

Oh I've been hungrier than usual I'm putting it down to a menopause thing everything else is 😄

I've had 2 coffees just about to have cornflakes and a banana I'm not sure about Lunch yet , hunters chicken baby potatoes and sweetcorn , there will be spatterings of snacks throughout the day.

Grilled bacon on buttered sourdough just now, I don't usually eat breakfast but was hungry, I'll have soup later with whatever veg is available and more sourdough and butter and some bacon and grated cheese, then maybe a small apple crumble and custard before bed.
Soup is my go to when I'm feeling peckish as is so filling and easy to digest

I've had a protein shake with almond milk this morning. Yesterday was my hungry day, I ate everything including 2 burgers, half a packet of hobnobs and half a tub of ice cream 😂 I'm trying to behave today.

Today is my day off and i treat myself to 2 slices of toast with real butter 😆 it's my special day off treat

3 cups of tea

Garlic mushroom warm salad for lunch

And perhaps chicken wraps for tea

Breakfast- porridge
Lunch- Crumpets with poached egg or salmon and salad not sure yet
Tea- toad in the hole with mash and veg and gravy of course

I don't plan that far ahead 🤷‍♀️

I had toast with peanut butter and banana for breakfast, plus a coffee and some apple juice. That was at 7.30.

I won't eat again until two but I have no idea what I'll feel like eating so far in advance!

I've just stopped for breakfast which was beans on toast and three chocolate biscuits.

I've planned cottage pie for tonight. Not very exciting I know.

I ended up having scrambled eggs for breakfast, didn’t fancy the yoghurt. I only know what I’m having for lunch today because dh made the soup yesterday and there’s lots left, I don’t usually have a clue until I go down and open the fridge.

Not eaten yet, it’s a toss up between Greek yogurt a nut butter and fruit or mini pancakes 😂

lunch some left over roast veg pasta sauce which I might blend and put on a pitta and make a mini pizza with salad

evening is either a very quick spaghetti bol
or teriyaki salmon with steamed veg and brown rice

Breakfast 1 - fruit and yogurt with a handful of cereal chucked in.

Breakfast 2 because I was hungry before leaving the house - 2 slices wholemeal toast & cheese spread.

Lunch will be chippy, on the way down the hill from an appointment.

Tea? Not a scooby! Something easy!
